I am really enjoying it

I am really enjoying it I have run in the past with my training selectly omitting interval training but I relish now And I have lost four pounds during a lengthy plateau period I am currently battling Covid but was able to pause my training plan to allow me to recover It was so easy and the Customer Service staff was fantastic

I ran a marathon 10 years ago but life has gotten in the way and I haven t run regularly for 8 years When I ve tried to pick it back up I ve overdone it gotten frustrated and quit The realistic plan that Joggo has given me while humbling has gotten me back out on the road in a way that I am finding success and working toward goals Additionally I have found the app admin to be responsive and receptive

Someone else does the thinking

It s nice to just run and have someone take the guesswork out of how long or fast I should run and what other exercises will actually help me improve I ve been running for a long time but already after 2 weeks I feel like I ve made more progress than before

Just the motivation I needed

I used to be a long distance competitive runner but have taken the last 5 years off due to 2 complicated pregnancies and kids I needed something to get me back into running in a gentle and effective way that met me where I was at I love that the runs are laid out for you there s variety and you can choose your run days This app has kept me accountable and motivated I just completed my third run of my first week

Great app Easy to follow programming and user friendly app I d like to have an accumulated total of miles ran either weekly or monthly to make it easier to track progress Overall a good app and good motivator to start running or improve your training

Pleasantly surprised

First off I was skeptical that despite the positive reviews that this app wouldn t follow through Secondly as someone who one played competitive sports to someone who hasn t worked out regularly since before having children 4 years ago I felt like the plan eases you into the workouts and has been a good start It makes me feel like I m working out but not over working where I m discouraged to continue because my body is too sore

Sore and Feeling Good

I have been trying to convince myself for years to do something to get healthy and take control of my life I ve never had the motivation or structure to ever follow through with it I gave Joggo a try because I saw an opportunity to slowly get acclimated to a new regimen and style of life I ve been on for a week and held 4 session so far I haven t lost any weight but I already feel more confident in my abilities I m still only walking but I m testing my limits The stretches get me sore but they are muscles I haven t used in a long time Overall I have a long way to go I can t honestly say that Joggo has changed my life but they are giving me the resources I need to hold myself accountable and start sending myself down a new healthier life path

Enjoy Running

I use to run marathons up until 2018 when I got injured during NYC I have been having trouble getting back into running especially after moving to FL where it is always hot Joggo not only has helped me get back into a running routine I look forward to each morning to go out I am NOT a morning person Meal plans are also a huge plus
