Lacking Stock

Didn t really have a huge verify of cat beds so ended up having to buy a Dog Bed for my cat Plus lacking stock of prescription wet cat food

Staff are nice

Staff are nice not bad Went to buy budgie food Ask the staff at payment desk if they have tape to tape round by bag so the food don t fall off But the staff said you have put knot on yourself and the don t have tape

Jollyes is good but I think biassed more toward dogs than cats I have bought a good few items there and will definitely go back

Always pleasant

At the Gloucester store the staff are always friendly They are knowledgeable certainly about dogs I cannot say for other animals as we only have dogs

Awkward beginning

My two dogs came out well groomed and staff were happy for them to stay together until they were both collected Four stars as I can only choose the groomer available on the website Eccles store but the company then ring you to explain the staff member on the website can t handle big dogs so I cancelled When I rearranged a few days later I could only select the same staff member that cant handle large dogs Luckily after saying the breed of one of my dogs was known to be aggressive they groomed my German Shepherd and said how wonderful he had been May book again

Zylkene on offer

I have to buy zylkene on a regular basis for my 2 naughty cats But they only usually have one box for sale when i would like to buy more especially as it is on offer in jolleys at the moment

I find jollyes pet shop very good they

I find jollyes pet shop very good they have a lot of choices for all your pets and are very helpful the only thing I find disappointing is there stock levels you go in one day for food and after finding fussy dog will eat food you go back for more and they don t have any also some foods you can only buy now are in large packs like the hills tin food which I have bought in the past
