It is sometimes next to impossible to speak to a person when there is an issue with an order which is extremely frustrating Ratings that you provide for orders you review be it good or bad do not always appear which puts you off leaving comments

My food was cold when it arrived but I noted that the delivery man had been in many locations before he got to me

Delivery and service charge increases make ordering on just eat far too expensive It s easier to jump in the car at this stage tbh

The food is OK most of the time sometimes it comes cold or is delivered to the wrong house then you have to ring the restaurant and explain what happened sometimes it s just not worth it

I have no complaints other that they should ask for order to be double checked the last 2 times i was left short a double burger and a bag of chips this amounted to nearly 10euro which im at a loss of and paying 5euro for delivery thats not all there

Reliable system and website could do with more options in my area but any issues usually resolved very quickly
