Lots of choice terrible customer service

While its great to be able to order lots of different foods all from one place if you have a problem Just eat are not helpful i had a meal destroyed by the drink spilling on delivery the driver tried to deal with the problem but just eat told him i would have to contact them and wouldn t deal with him he showed me the texts to prove this they make their website hard to use for contacting them and you certainly wont be able to speak to someone i eventually got to online chat with someone and they tried to refund the meal but not the delivery only by keeping in the chat and complaining did they offer a 5 euro voucher i use just eat but i hate all companies that have rubbish customer service and go out of their way to avoid dealing with their customers

Normally great but I was told I would receive a 15 voucher as some as my food was missing and I never received it and can t get a email back

They finally allow us to give tips but I need to tip before the service is done and I think this is not very smart The app is ok

2 50 service charge is a bit of a disgrace considering it was 50 and then delivery price on top of it don t use this as much as I use to saves nearly 10 a takeaway when collect it myself

The system for missing items is poor McDonald s Phibsboro almost always gets it wrong When I highlight you refund that item but the issue is that I have to re-order at the time and pay a second delivery when I ve done nothing wrong

Everything item is much more expensive that actually ordering directly from the takeaway Discounts offered are irrelevant as most of the time they don t apply to the places I order from Disappointing all round to be honest

Decent service but very pricey on top of the food charges Some agreement can surely be made between service and food provider so it isn t so expensive Also a good few complaints about no show delivery s This needs sto be monitored

The app is good but for varied diets

The app is good but for varied diets it s not good To order a burger with just ketchup and cheese you can t do it and no option to do it When you re ordering for kids it s very varied and the apps can t accommodate it The estimated time is a joke as food arrived 48 minutes late and the pizza and Naan bread was given to the dog and then the birds as she wasn t interested either

It s cheaper to ring your local takeaway directly Just Eat add on to the price of food along with a processing fee

I think you could improve by offering

I think you could improve by offering better deals to customers as in 10 -20 off orders like other delivery apps I feel that people are using these other apps more often than just eat for this reason
