Just eat are very hard to reach the drivers are taking on orders from multiple companies and don t take care with the order If you reach out to Just eat they don t care

The order was very late and it was very difficult to get through to the support chat or phone I eventually got on the phone but the person who handled my query was very unhelpful Looks like he had a script from Just Eat and was just reading it

My sister left an honest review on the page about a chinese takeaway she ordered and found a wood lice in the noodles She wanted to make people aware to avoid ordering from the place Just-Eat deleted the review without even speaking to her about it When it comes to food cleanliness is a must

AVOID NON EXISTANT CUSTOMER SERVICE NEVER DELIVER WHAT IS ORDERED

Tried two restaurants with just eat tonite Orderd food and drinks from both advertised menus First rang me said they could not provide the drunksnI ordered yet they still took my order and charged me Second I irdered coke zero they brought me diet coke Google just eat customer service phone number - good luvk trying to find a suport agent They don t care about customer service just after a quick buck Canceled my account before because of non existant customer service decided to give them another chance after a few years - mistake they have gotten worse

Extra charges are crazy

Twice your deliverer said he had arrived but never rang the doorbell We were told he would have left the food The food was nowhere to be found The second time it happened your staff actually tried to charge us for the food Also the service fees along with delivery are uttterly crazy It can amount to almost 7 euro to get food delivered I do my best to order directly from the restaurant to avoid being fleeced in this way Today my food arrived completely cold The food itself was 7 50 but just under 12 euro with fees All in all EXTREMELY disappointing

More expensive than going direct with the restaurant New service delivery charge formats driving the price up Would rather use deliveroo or Uber eats to be honest

Expensive robotic service

When I got the wrong order from them they only refund me for the food but not for the delivery and service which was about 30 of the order worth Also they used to have a live chat so one could handle issues immediately while now they just ask you to fill a form and then email you Feels robotic and unfair

I m sick of this

I m sick of this it s meant to be delivery service ever since they started allowing companies to stay on the site when they only do collections you re not garentee to get your food If I want to pick it up I would go into the restaurant and order it there
