I only want to purchase bread at the moment but in order to do this I have to buy items I do not need nor want

Products very good But in delivery box s squashed an damaged 2 box s flour Have photos if you need to see them

Mouldy and inedible

The juvela brown bread I have on prescription is disgusting and has been for some time starting with change of recipe As we in Wales are lucky enough to still have free prescriptions I do not like to take much needed money from NHS so only have this bread and buy everything else biscuits etc myself I am not sure whether the NHS have ongoing contracts with companies such as Juvela because there are not many choices on prescription The last 6 loaves I had have all been thrown in the bin as they are inedible I do feel very guilty about this and think it is perhaps time the NHS were aware of the wasting of their much needed money in this way Time for a discussion between them and their suppliers Suffice to say I will now be buying my bread but there are many who may not have funds to do this

Misguided marketing by Juvela

I think Juvela part baked rolls are superb but I can no longer get them on presciption Went to order some on line at Juvela but find that I have to sign up for products I don t want or need and that it is on a regular monthly basis So I didn t order Shame I would still buy if I could buy separate items as and when I needed them

mouldy Juvela bread

Once again I have been supplied with mouldy Juvela bread well within the use by date This time they are part baked fibre rolls and the use by date is the 4th January 2021 53 days from now The last time it was mouldy part baked loaves I informed Juvela about this and they stated they knew about the problem clearly they have done nothing about it I have use their products since being a Coeliac 25 years ago but now is a time for a change

Flour boxes openWhen my first package arrived 2 of the boxes of flour were opened When emailed Juvela they didn t believe me After arguing that I should not have to pay full price for an open boxes They begrudgingly said they would send me another 3 boxes However to date they have not arrived Shame as they are fabulous products

I was happy with the bread service I went to India i have send email to sespend dread till December some reason you send bread and charge me 24 pound I don t know where bread was delivered I was in India I don t know how delivery and where it going when I came back I have orders the bread and charge 24again it should not be charge twice it wrong I requested for refund money I have given 5 refund so I have lost 20 because miss enderstang I have close the account because if I got full refund I will not cancel it if I get full refund I would re open account thanks
