Love Juvela mix

Love Juvela mix just wish we could buy this without having to get everything else in the box

Not that good

Was excited to think I could get the juvela rolls but the part baked are not as nice as the fresh Overall a bit expensive for nothing special cereal boxes very small as was the mix

Not to good on first medium box order One item missing When asked about the missing item your e-mail apologised for the mistake but no comment about the missing item We dont normally complain because you are usually excellent in your response to any queries we raise

Sadly when my box arrived I discovered that some of the loaves and rolls had green mould in them I contacted Juvela who offered to replace the goods which I refused but they have refunded me some money I understand that replacement bread has been sent I was so disappointed I am sure this will have been an isolated incident which they have done their best to rectify for me

I only want to order boxes of white mix

I only want to order boxes of white mix flour but the system Juvenal forces us to use makes this impossible I have to order other products to make up a box Some of the other products fibre loaf part baked are not nice to eat The part baked white rolls are OK I would much prefer to be able to order just the flour as a box of 12 packets

Delayed Delivery

My order was placed over the phone with Heather Davies who was very helpful Received an email from Juvela to say order was being dispatched Thursday 9 6 Two e-mails from dpd early Friday to confirm details delivery time 8 25- 9 25 Later Friday an email from dpd to say they had missed me and would deliver Monday 13 6 Time on Monday 8 21-9 21 which they did after going to my neighbours house first The box was slightly damaged but the bread was fine We were at home on Friday at the delivery time Obviously the was 4 days old and if the delivery had been any later on Monday we would not have been at home we were away until Wednesday evening

Disappointed with latest delivery

I have received several mixed boxes from Juvela over a period of time and up until my latest delivery all were perfect I think on this occasion the baked bread rolls were packed whilst still warm as three out of five were stuck together and either squashed or out of shape The outer packaging was intact as was the box in which my delivery arrived

Bread was delivered by DPD but thrown over my gate on to floor Even though it says fragile on box this has happened twice to me now Not happy as some of bread comes out broken

The bread is very poor quality over baked the sliced white bread has a lot of crusts poorly sliced Also the loaves have got smaller the slices are very tiny The wrappers seem too big for the loaves I have purchased your bread for many years but am going to look at other options
