There s nothing wrong with the products but

There s nothing wrong with the products themselves- indeed some of them are the only thing my wife can tolerate when her innards are disturbed The service is fine too So what s the problem It s simply that they won t let you buy what you want You have to have one of these subscription boxes and you are compelled to choose a whole lot of stuff whether you want it or not We now have a very large box crammed full of products most of which my wife rarely eats and some of which never And it s piling up round the kitchen too But if we want to get what she actually needs we have to buy the stuff And it isn t cheap I try to give away the surplus but there s more than anyone else wants For heaven s sake Juvela stop telling me it s taken under consideration and do something about it

The delivery was fine however the after sales service is poor I could not manage my subscription as the login screen insisted that my email address was incorrect-despite having emailed me my order details I subsequently messaged the customer service team and have heard nothing back from them Very poor service

Since you decided to change the

Since you decided to change the packaging of the flour and take out the packet of yeast I have not yet managed to bake a loaf of the same quality and texture as before the change I think it is time I cancelled my order and tried a new supplier It is difficult enough with being diagnosed with coeliac disease but getting a bread which is satisfactory is hard and I really liked your flour and the bread it produced

Nice products shame I can t have exactly what I want

Very pleased with the products Really I only want the part baked bread rolls and would love some of the flour mix Sadly I cannot just purchase what I want and even to change one item always ends in a phone call as your website is not helpful to changes

Sadly not for my IBS gluten-free intolerance it gives me diarrhoea It s tasty but it s a no-no I end up in the toilet every day after just 3 slices of this bread

bread arrived in a box that was open and dented in one corner first loaf o k 2nd when taken from the freezer in small pieces had a job to make one sandwich from the loaf dont know what the others will be like this is not the first time this has happened Having said that the bread is still the one that suits me best
