I bought Kaspersky Internet Security from Amazon I received a licence key by email and clear instructions about how to register my licence key with Kaspersky The download and installation process was straightforward and the software was up and running in a matter of minutes I have used Kasperksy Internet Security before - it runs in the background and is not too intrusive

Back to Kaspersky and now feel safer

After using Kaspersky for a number of years I decided to try another security suite but I m back you can t beat Kaspersky Total Security I particularly like the safe banking module with it s green border and the virtual keyboard You know you are safe with it

I had a problem with a malware and trojan infection which was preventing me connecting to my Kaspersky protection which I had foolishly disconnected The chat line immediately connected me to an SME who reviewed my PC and then spent 4 hours sorting the problems He was superb giving clear explanation of what he was doing I rate him highly

Good cover for all my items and ability to track and trace item and turn off or wipe my item if stolen Only draw back is the ability to add new code which seemed a lot harder this year and did not alto renew the voucher like other years
