Not that secure my bank dropped them a few years ago

I had this for many years but cancelled last year half way through my subscription due to security issues but this year they not only took a 49 99 payment they managed to take it off my new credit card very worrying I ll probably lose this money but will stop them doing it again Be warned they know everything about online Update for security reason think carefully about using this company AO Kaspersky Lab bldg 3 39A Leningradskoe Shosse Moscow 125212 Russian Federation The representative of AO Kaspersky Lab in EU is Kaspersky Labs GmbH Despag-Str 3 85055 Ingolstadt Germany

This just about VPN - worst from the three I tried

Well I dont know how you guys use VPN but as I find my idea of simply click connect and dont care is utopia applies for express cyberghost and kaspersky Kaspersky is worst - I dont know how it works but all my startup programs or other VPNs start immediently but kaspersky vpn is starting like 2 minutes and its not even listed in startup programs Same problem as with express vpn - I make a rules - but after disconnecting kaspersky doent remember them well enjoy

Kaspersky UK is a Moscow based company Russian trash app support is the same For the money you can get Bitdefender with proper support and everything

Can t cancel auto renew

The product is technically good but I want to cancel anyway but now I find Kaspersky make it impossible to cancel guys there is no cancel subscription button in my Kaspersky and you ve sent me an order number that doesn t register on your email system Strong advice folks don t buy and certainly do NOT set up auto renew on this product

Absolutely a nightmare I m a android user galaxy note phone average count of having to go through biometrics log in is every 4 seconds Every time you press a button on your phone even if on the app chrome e-bay ect you go back to thier home screen log in wait press a button log in again even on page by page of thier own app Phone is now redundant wishing I had windows because this service should be flung out of a window Customer service probably are logging in Every 4 seconds so can t respond

Extreme difficulty cancelling auto renewal

Cancelling auto-renewal is designed to be complicated The problem is that Kaspersky hides behind Digital River Kaspersky prints some text in grey on a grey background to hide certain information It took some time to work out how to do it Try searching on Digital River cancellation rather than Kaspersky cancellation

Worst experience with an antivirus

Antivirus won t notice me he was Removing files from computer Some processes couldn t be executed because of it Some of them had unknown as type Okay Like is it an antivirus or a functionality blocker He removed node js process because of unknown reasons ok

Absolutely poor experience

Absolutely poor experience very cunning system which has been detailed on Reddit whereby Kaspersky will automatically opt you into their autorenewal scheme and point you into the direction of sister organisations to cancel Kaspersky does not allow you anywhere to cancel the subscription You can delete the account but your auto renewal will remain Issue I have is the sister companies do not recognise any of my details as original payment was made through PayPal and there is no customer services to assist with this as no one can get to the bottom Avoid at all costs

AUTO RENEW

I have just had an email telling me they were going to auto renew to the tune of 76 99 I never do auto renew What is even more worrying is that a couple of months ago I had a problem with my credit card cancelled it and got a new one and this email shows the new Credit Card number I will be off to my Bank ASAP I have now tried to cancel it but looking at other reviews I am not confident
