Change now on how to enter new code and didn t kick in until the day after expiry date of the last one I have been with kaspersky since its launch but next year may change to another competitor When the wheel is not broken why redesign it this new way caused me a whole day of my life

Still receiving annoying spam

Still receiving annoying spam security messages on my Note10 despite installing Kaspersky 2 days ago Surprisingly installing it wasn t as smooth and easy as it was when I first installed it years ago - am not sure what the problem was is If these annoying messages continue I sadly will have to delete Kaspersky

OK we are getting on a bit We have had K for years But why when you come to automatically renew are you asked to pay twice the price of a new sign-up While the process of downloading and setting up may be childs-play it is damnable for us old codgers as we fumble to identify our boxes etc

I had to purchase a new licence rather

I had to purchase a new licence rather than let it renew I wished to change my payment card details but this proved to be extremely difficult not straightforward at all To the point of exasperation where I had to purchase a new licence At this point I could not install it until my present licence expired an irritating experience overall

I have been using Kaspersky protection for 3 years and am perfectly happy with it however I have stopped using my old desktop and bought a new laptop Ever since I have been completely confused about licensing Kaspersky on my new computer and am now thinking about going to another supplier

I find your site extremely depressingdifficult

I find your site extremely difficult I had to pay someone to help as I could not get any help online I still cannot make it cover my phone though I paid for 3 devices When I follow the prompts to add a device it sends me in a circle and I get nowhere I m told you are the best security bit really I will not buy it again unless it s improved I don t know what to do about getting the security I ve paid for onto the phone

Difficulties with Kaspersky Total Security

It took 4 attempts to get the installation email even though we phoned after each failure and our email address was apparently checked Total Security was installed easily on Windows once we got the email but we contracted for 5 devices and have not been able to store Total Security on 4 IOS devices 2 iPhones and 2 iPads
