Called into the Castleford showroom on Wednesday 27 November just to have a look around Being new to the area we didn t know what to expect We were pleasantly surprised by how nice and well stocked it was We had a look around and was greeted by Steve who politely introduced himself and invited us to take our time and ask him if we needed anything at all We looked around and when we had a few questions we approached Steve who spent some time answering our questions and explaining various things We eventually decided that we wanted prices on 2 possible suites which he was happy to calculate He then informed us that there was a much cheaper option on one of them in the form of one they had in stock A salesman that doesn t try to up sell you or sell the most expensive option is something of a novelty Having opted for the later the suite was delivered exactly 1 week later within the time window arranged The delivery team contacting us with an exact time of arrival that they stuck to They unpacked the suite assembled it placed it exactly how we wanted it explained exactly how everything worked and did everything to make sure we were completely satisfied Highly recommend KC Sofas and we will definitely be back in future

Debbie at the Barnsley store was lovely and helpful Our sofa was built and ready in a much shorter time than other suppliers might do it The delivery guys Tom and Tyler were professional and respectful of our newly decorated room and flooring The sofa is top quality and sits beautifully in our room

The staff was extremely helpful and friendly they delt with everything even stored our suite until we were ready delivered on time and fitters were great

Visited the Castleford store yesterday and purchased two 2 seater sofas and an armchair Steve gave us lots of information and advice to help us make our choice At no point were we pressured or hassled A very pleasant experience from friendly knowledgable staff and cannot wait to take delivery of our sofas and chair

The 2 males that delivered my sofa and chair were absolutely brilliant They tried every way to get the sofa through my front door but couldn t get it through so had to go via my patio doors round the back of my house and were successful

Chose our sofa without any hassle from pushy sales staff but they were very helpful when we wished to place an order Our sofa was perfect on arrival and delivered by two careful delivery drivers Would definitely use again and recommend to friends and family

Nice lady in the Manvers showroom was very helpful The suite was delivered in three weeks the delivery guys Charlie Tom were respectful of our property had the suite in situ in five minutes and took away the packaging

Extremely happy with the service from KC sofas and absolutely love our new sofa I would 1000 recommend they are not overbearing when you are trying to decide and when you do buy with them they are very clear and communication is great from ordering to delivery
