The whole experience from start to finish

The whole experience from choosing the sofas to delivery was great The shop staff were very friendly and helpful guiding us to the sofas which best suited our needs The delivery was as promised and Charlie and Tom did a great job in getting them in and showing us the features such as reclining and heating

Visited the Chesterfield shop yesterday and dealt with Chris He was friendly but professional informative and not pushy at all He let us browse in peace but was very helpful in helping us make an informed decision Would definitely recommend

Thank you to Dave who assisted us when placing are order for 2 new sofas on Saturday 14th September at the Worksop showroom he explained everything throughly After visiting the store the previous weekend we had already decided and he didn t over sell to us which is great

Helpful informative staff Chesterfield Superb quality 3 2 sofas Delivery on time from Doncaster Rovers fan and mate good banter after they lost to Chesterfield FC Would highly recommend and use again

Our settee and chair were delivered

Our settee and chair were delivered when they were expected but the cushions were wrong I rang customer services and they ordered the correct ones straight away We now have the correct cushions and are very pleased with the service received both at the shop on Chatsworth rd the delivery lads and customer services
