ORDERED A SOFA IN MAY CUSTOMER SERVICE WAS FANTASTIC UNTIL IT CAME TO DELIVERY ADVISED ALL THE WAY A LONG THE PROCESS THAT WE HAD NO SOFA CAME IN TO STORE ON THE 20TH JUNE STILL WAITING FOR A DELIVERY DATE i WAS NEVER ADVISE THAT YOU HAVE TO WAIT 7-10 DAYS TO EVEN GET A DELIVERY DATE ONCE THE STOCK IS WITH THEM NOT GREAT MY SECOND TIME OF BUYING A SOFA FROM KCS WILL THINK TWICE ABOUT IT NEXT TIME As of today still waiting for a Delivery date

Disappointed with quality
We ordered the Ingles suite in 2021 for delivery January 2022 Could not fault the ordering the staff or the delivery The problem is the fabric of the cushions is unravelling before our eyes Being a tweed type pattern the thread is coming undone on nearly all the cushions seating and support too The suite is in our lounge so used every day When I looked on the insurance policy unless the problem is caused by accident it is classed as wear and tear That would be fair enough but there are only two of us in the house no pets or children to damage any of our furniture which is all looked after carefully My problem is I find this is a ridiculous excuse considering the suite is not even 2 years old yet So I am afraid the company were fine to deal with but if this is the quality we have paid over 1000 for I cannot recommend it

Got there in the end
Received our sofas on Friday 7th June after waiting approx32 weeks as when they were delivered after 16 weeks they were the wrong colour I would like to give a mention to two staff in the Worksop showroom Dean who was our first point of contact and Andrea who dealt with us in an efficient and compassionate manner Unfortunately I cannot say the same about Chris in Customer Services who was unhelpful in the first instance disbelieved us when we said we had not ordered Blue and initially said KC Sofas had honoured their part of the contract and there was nothing he could do to help He also said that we had probably changed our mind about the colour and thats why we were refusing delivery I hope he was happy that he had a 72 year old woman in tears after all spending over 3500 and being told you would have to keep 2 Blue sofas that you didn t order would upset anyone We wouldn t accept delivery and decided to go to the showroom on our way there we received a call from Chris saying they were going to replace the sofas but of course we had to wait another 16 weeks and KC Sofas have had our money all that time Chris also said that he could let us have a suite on loan to use while we were waiting for our sofas but we declined the offer All the delivery guys are a credit to KC Sofas unfortunately I didn t get the names of the guys who delivered the wrong sofas but special thanks to Nathan and Tom who delivered the correct sofas on Friday We are completely satisfied with our La-Z-Boy sofas the quality is superb
