Brilliant experience from start of

Brilliant experience from start of choosing till delivery Dean was a very pleasant man unlike other larger retailers who are happy to take your money but have abysmal after sales Second suite I ve purchased wouldn t go anywhere else if I could give more stars then I would very highly recommend

Lovely staff and great sofas

We came in store to buy a new suite for our home we have waited so long to get new sofas and couldn t that the team enough on both visits for helping us Especially Dean who helped put our order through and sort the finance nothing was too much for him

Honestly such a positive experience throughout the whole process of buy our first sofa Great company and such amazing staff at the Lincoln store and the two delivery drivers Couldn t ask for anything better Thank you

Bought a 2 and 3 seater sofa from kc Very happy with the price and quality Service excellent from the lady in the Barnsley showroom said it would be about 2 week delivery turned up 2 weeks later delivered by 2 Very helpful young lads Charlie and Tom Would definitely recommend

Great sofas ordered 2 before Christmas

Great sofas ordered 2 before Christmas and delivered last week it was a squeeze getting them in to our front room but we managed it very happy with the ordering process and delivered when they said excellent quality sofas very happy

We would just like to say a big thank you to KC sofas From the moment we walked through the door the service was excellent we tried out the chairs we were interested and were shown materials that we could have them made in we were then told how many weeks delivery would be Eight weeks later they were delivered by two helpful young men Nathan and Tyler

We visited KC Sofas yesterday and had a superb customer service experience Chris and Sophie were very attentive let us sit by ourselves ask many questions and let us be It was really refreshing not to be pounced on and let us approach them with questions Sophie came and sat with us for a while and we had a really good chat it really made the difference Thanks again

Great sofa shop and staff

WehHave just come back from your Barnsley store after buying a laz boy Anderson 3 Seater Power Recliner Was welcomed to the show room by the fabulous Debbie went above and beyond she made the purchase so easy A lovely sales lady with knowledge of all the stock and would help out with all and any questions in a relaxing and friendly manner We re able to look around and test out all sofas with easy and not rushed Now the wait till delivery
