Sorry for the last e mail some went wrong I would like to thank the young girl ln the showroom for the help that she gave me regarding the sale of my purchase awas very helpful to me but not pushy like some sales staff I have dealt with thank you I would like also to thank the two delivery men as it was a very tight fit to get the furniture into the front also also they were very pleasant to talk to regarding the delivery thank you to all three of them best regards mr t brown

KC Sofas Chesterfield A brilliant shop to deal with a great selection of furniture good sound advice from polite staff I ordered a pair of settees which were ready exactly on time as promised the delivery guys were tops All in all a Number One service and the suite is fantastic and at a realistic price Happy Customer No hesitation in giving 5 stars to all concerned

Went to the Castleford showroom twice to browse and finally purchase a sofa The staff were so helpful and knowledgeable but we re not pushy at all Would highly recommend to all

Excellent service from start to finish The purchase of the sofa was a pleasant experience with nobody pressuring us After buying we were kept up-to-date with the delivery dates and times Finally the delivery men Nathan and Tyler were friendly and helpful arriving on time and carefully carrying unpacking and assembling our new sofa Highly recommended

Delivery crew Nathan and Tyler let us know when to expect them were polite efficient careful helpful and also tolerant of the dog that didn t want to be left out and was so enamoured she followed them when they left They were clearly observant and phone me to tell me she d escaped Thank you gentlemen everything is much appreciated

From walking into the showroom in Lincoln and viewing the stock on offer we made our decision to buy straight away Really nice experience from chatting with the chap can t remember his name sorry And him showing us the options and variations in many of the sofas on show Great delivery service too and an all round top company

There was plenty of choice No pressure selling We were left to look around at our own pace and the staff were available to answer any queries Ordered 2 sofas in October with a delivery date of 12 to 14 weeks Notified when they arrived so could pay the balance Given a date and time slot between 2pm and 5 pm for delivery Delivered at 3 40 pm Kept informed at all stages Care taken when sofas delivered to the living room Very pleased with the sofas Exactly what we ordered
