I agree with many on here If only there was an option for zero ratings they did such a terrible job on an installation it actually seems incredible these people received training

Absolutely disgusting installation of

Absolutely disgusting installation of my fibre Drilled through the middle of my kitchen wall and then proceeded to tack wire around the kitchen going around a vase I had on top of my boiler actually went around it rather than moving it Used Plastic clips that are NOT allowed for fire reasons and then left without finishing the job Thanks RYAN - Dont worry Ill fill in the holes you made

I met a kellys manager called James lunn in my local area today while installs where taking place his attitude is disgraceful he is very rude has no manners at all and in my opinion an absolute loud mouthed fraud this man will ruin the city fibre contract alone

Kelly group tried to install fibre to my neighbours house They removed a pipe bung this enabled water to flood my living room This was on the 23 9 2024 They want to half paint a 15 foot wall that sustained water damage Match the paint Have tried can t Asked them to repair and paint whole living room Clean carpets Still fighting them Guy has been round to abstain a colour match of paint Now have a chunk of plaster missing Needs to come again as didn t get a big enough sample Small claims court bound via insurance company Have water damage to walls carpet skirting boards etc

Most useless and incompetent company

Most useless and incompetent company I ve ever had to deal with keep going around in circles and nobody seems to take control Coming up to a 8 months since I ve requested new Internet firstly with BT who are equally useless And now with EE who are almost as bad The lads coming to install the internet from Kelly s don t seems to have a single working braincell among them either that or they just haven t been properly trained Feel like giving up on the whole process

Just got some very aggressive road rage from 2 Kelly Communication vans in East Sussex Bullied me into pulling over to let them through I was coming up the lane they were coming down Aggressive hand signals and no thanks for me pulling over after reversing Not impressed Registration no DU73EWN HG19FF2

Level 2 Home Survey Report

We received a report that turned out to be incorrect e g the building date and a few other things We provided all the information and asked for comment and correction of the report We sent the first email on 27th March 2024 we did not receive a response when we chased a response to the email we received a response on 5th April that the person who dealt with it was sick and would respond when returned to work unfortunately we have not received any response so far and we are witting 6 months so far

New home new missed engineer appointment

New home new broadband install and as usual Kelly contractor does not turn up to appointment Ironic how they threaten customer that don t miss your appointment you can incur missed visit fees etc etc but when they miss it you barely get a token apology who cares you had to waste workday they busy people and you customer have all time in the world Also cute how engineers appear to click on their forms apps that arrived on site installing broadband right now just so they don t get penalized - while in fact being nowhere near the work sites While shambles of company cares little about this dishonest practices going on for years and well known read all reviews here All it matters that Kelly still got this juicy bulk contractor deal with Openreach so who cares what customers experience are - they don t get to choose I d gladly put up the socket myself and save time money both me and them - but you can t touch them due to being their property

I waited 9 was for them to come out and

I waited 9 was for them to come out and fit a cable in the garden then another 2 wks for someone to do the internal installation to be told I can connect it they have incorrectly installed the outside cable to the incorrect port The engineer then called office who said someone will be out and they never turned up Absolutely joke this company
