Excellent customer service

Engineers arrived John Murhammed after months of waiting for open reach to install our internet with excuse after excuse However today both engineers polite respected property we have finally been connected Thank you

Wael Seedeen arrived as scheduled for Monday morning having called fifteen minutes in advance of his arrival Polite and methodic he made good use of time and clearly knew what to do Having neatly installed the internet he then ensured it was up and running and that I was connected Much appreciated and many thanks

Excellent install by Marcus

I was extremely skeptical about Kelly coming to install my Fibre on behalf of BT having heard first hand horror stories from friends and reading some of the reviews here The engineer Marcus arrived on time detailed what would happen and carried out the work to a really high standard with everything connected up quickly Reading some of the employee reviews on here Kelly Comms would be wise to start treating their employees with a bit more respect and decency by the sounds of it which is probably why there s so many mixed reviews here Thanks Marcus for making the whole experience pain-free Hampshire UK

Fantastic Work

Well what can I say it has been an absolute pleasure to have Kelly communications come out and see what was going on Mick has been fantastic and juggled things around to get my internet sorted as soon he could and always kept me upto date what was going on the cable had snapped outside and had to be re-wired hence why my connection went down but the lads and mick soon sorted it and got us back up and running again Norwich Norfolk

Thanks to the engineer who helped my elderly mother today in Cintra Ave Reading on 26th Sept He did a great job of fixing the broken vandalized City Fibre connection then helping my mum set up her router inside and making sure all was working She didn t catch his name unfortunately but many thanks

Kelly s engineer Charlie Janeway arrived

Your engineer Charlie Janeway arrived and immediately discussed and explained v clearly the installing of full fast fibre to our property and answers all our questions He put the ONT box exactly where we wanted in our lounge He then explained how the fibre would come to our home from the same way our old telephone wire came from the pole to our roof and the behind the drain pipe he followed that cable very neatly under our front door to the outside box A polite enthusiastic young man A credit to Kelly s company for his manners and good workmanship We were up and running with broadband immediately thanks to Charlie A shame there are engineers doing shoddy work and leaving the customers with a poor opinion if the company

CityFibre installation

Had two engineers out this morning to install our fibre broadband from CityFibre The guys did an excellent job and were friendly and professional throughout They fitted the box inside where we requested kept us up to date as the installation progressed and left both inside the house and the front garden very tidy after digging it up to route the cabling Thank you so much to Jordan and apologies to your colleague who s name escapes me

We had a Kelly engineer attend our house after reporting a fault to Sky our brand band provider He performed an outstanding operation found and fixed 3 faults with one of the faults being within the house He wasn t happy to leave the job half repaired and completed the job after his official finish time Well done and a gold star to your employee
