The engineer was friendly and got my Vodaphone fttp up and connected After they left I noticed they had damaged the brick and left a nice burnt mark from a hot drill in our new carpet They left without saying a word I just couldn t believe it Already complained to Cityfibre who apparently will left them know what happened therefore waiting for a case reference number Let s see how long it takes

Fibre simply don t work engineer did not perform test before leaving Engineer was very courteous though

47 50 per job my rear end you will spend 1-2 hrs at some partial jobs with challenging customers for 21 internals or doing jobs BT couldn t be bothered to do This company will take with one have and not give with the other Self employed basis but expected to work like an employed member of staff working by the hour You will be self employed and have to ask if you can finish work Planning is shocking and jobs dropped on you last minute up to 6pm You are put through training which is fantastic all the trainers are golden However your expected to uphold training standard with no realistic ability of earning good money as you WILL NEED TO CUT CORNERS to make any sort of decent money and they know this You are constantly chasing around for basic needs phones tools etc and not given what you need before you fit the road I feel sorry for the lads getting trainees put on them not paid a decent amount for loosing money or qualified to train new members

Failed installation - But still a good experience Unfortunately my installation engineer wasn t able to complete the external fitting of home fibre broadband but his internal work was neat tidy Another star awarded for when I called the next day to chase the follow up spoke with Maddie She didn t have the answers I needed then there but promised to call me back in 30 minutes she did dead on the dot I took of one star due to the engineer being a couple of hours late This is completely unavoidable but I would suggest that a text saying Your Engineer is running late ETA 3pm would work better for your customers Many thanks John

Engineers had to lay new broadband cable from Hub to my home address They were punctual polite professional in their work Caused minimal disruption to myself or neighbors Very neat work on a difficult site Daniel his work colleague co -workers kept me informed of progress and gave sound helpful advice Please thank your staff on my behalf

Ryan came yesterday to install fibri optic to the house He went above and beyond a very patient well mannered man BT came a month ago to connect the fibre optic to the juction unfortunately it had snapped but that wasn t a problem for Ryan he redid it A great job all connected

Fantastic trainer patient and thoughtful Went through all training and explained the process Michael Mekonnen went above and beyond with patience and support and got me over a fear of climbing something even my family could never do

Just had an install on behalf of Gygaclear The engineer James Brown working in Braintree area was extremely professional and polite He is a great asset to your company and a prime example of what an engineer should be like Thanks James

Today I had my WIFI installed by engineers Roy and Neil from Kelly communications City Fiber Both of them are very professional otherwise a neat clean connection of wiring with very thorough and clear instruction of how to use the system Adding to the both of them are very polite and were on time I highly recommend this company
