Accurate product and great shipping Just wish I knew the product had a giant shipping sticker for the previous recipient that returned it Hard to get off and this is a baby shower gift for a friend

I use it as a playpen for a dog a small puppy that weighs 4 pounds maybe it works great for me and I think I could use it for other things too so I think it s a great thing to have

The package arrived in a timely manner however it looked like it went through a rain storm The seating on the chair had stains and I haven t been able to remove them

I was a little skeptical at first since the item has been so hard to get and the price seemed almost too good to be true But I took a chance and it paid of The item shipped in great time and came in great condition My ONLY complain is that the box had a rip on the bottom that bugs me but if that s the only issue I consider myself very lucky

The item was exactly what was advertised the packing shipping was done with care And can t beat the price most of all The only small criticism is that the money was charged without any update for almost a week but I get this is not Amazon so I can understand

I was totally apprehensive about buying

I was totally apprehensive about buying from a store that I haven t heard of but it was actually a great experience The boxes were a little tore up but they came honesty surprisingly fast It wasn t supposed to get here till Friday but it came a day early I ordered car seats 2 of them They both came new and they both were really nice and at a lower price then any other storeI m happy with my purchase and definitely will be promoting KIDSY to everyone Thank you

Good product Great customer service

I was unaware the box would arrive open and torn Customer service was quick to resolve the issue

Original order was incomplete

Original order was incomplete - missing the 2 most important pieces of the train set and missing packaging so pieces were simply stuffed into a heavily taped box After I sent photos of everything and described what was missing Kidsy sent another shipment but this time it was as advertised and was complete and in new condition
