Looks can be deceiving

I was very skeptical with the looks of the packaging as the box was clearly torn and smashed in a few places and completely taped back together and put in a separate box BUT once I did get to the inside of the box I found the item I had ordered in great condition along with all the parts needed except for the instructions manual on how to put together as the one that was included was for a different bouncy chair I was able to get it together without instructions in less time it took to get into the box lol My Grandbabies are going to love it

Great customer service Product was no longer available so they contacted me about a possible alternative That item was in great condition and arrived promptly It was missing one accessory and when I inquired about it they had the accessory shipped to me immediately

Over all good experience

The over all process was simple and fast I got my shipping at a good time I would like to have know what exactly was wrong with the product as well as be notified that all the parts were not included However despite a few minor complaints I am thoroughly pleased with my purchase

looks brand new but with production defect

The car seat looks brand new however it looks like there was a defect in production where a small piece of plastic on the back of the frame got melted My husband and I checked it out and don t feel like it should affect the functionality of the car seat so we are still pretty happy with the purchase

My order was incomplete however Kidsy was very helpful in issuing a partial refund to cover the missing items once I contacted them through the online chat Based on this I would order from Kidsy again The merchandise is a good value

It took about 3 weeks for item to be shipped so about 4 weeks before I received item During this time I had no communication from Kidsy telling me that item was delayed However I was very pleased with the item as well as the price
