I m going through the refund problem

I m going through the refund problem now with Lakiq They offered 5 then 10 then 15 plus 15 discount for a future order Every single time I just said I wanted a refund and I said no to any discount they just wouldn t listen Just another reply with another discount I wish I had never bought anything from them in the first place I won t be buying anything from them again in the future the support desk just seems to be a waste of time as everything from them is just all about not giving any refunds The 40 to 50 days for items to arrive is just utterly ridiculous I just wish I had seen that before I bought from them I would advise everyone to just AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COST

DO NOT BUY FROM LAKIQMy third review of this company 0 stars should be an option Following on from the last review I sent pictures to Lakiq showing the damaged unit and telling them it was the wrong one Their answer glue the top on No acknowledgement that they d sent the wrong unit I now have 2 useless units cluttering my house Angry doesn t even cover how I m feeling dealing with this sham of a company

Don t buy it Typical Chinese scam

Just got mine now 9 30am 09 01 24 Australia Ordered a Clear Acrylic Modern Display Stand with Cabinet but received a c c cabinet which is not even transparent Typical Chinese scam Should have googled the reviews before I order instead of after No wonder Chinese got so many negative reputation around the world What a shame

Refund agreed - but not paid

Ordered a desk that unfortunately arrived damaged Consulted with customer service and agreed a partial refund Edit - despite promises from Vip customer service the refund hasn t arrived Lakiq claim that my bank is holding the funds which they refute 100 Just more lies from this shambolic group of scammers

I would give zero stars if I could Have waited 2 months for a replacement for the incorrect unit they sent It arrived today it is NOT what we ordered Also it is damaged the top is completely unstuck very very poor quality I have been dealing with this company since October I now have 2 units for them to collect Pay-pal are dealing with my complaint but unless I am refunded I will take legal action DO NOT BUY from this company

Counterfeit products Be aware

I ordered a bar stool chair It arrived 2 months later After opening the box I immediately realised that something was not right The chair was not in an original packaging and shockingly most parts were packaged in a child s gift wrapping paper with unicorns The chair was in used condition full of dark marks and scuffs A closer inspection revealed another shocking fact- the chair is counterfeit I have raised a complaint via PayPal and now the seller has a few weeks to collect their product and refund me fully before it s picked up by the investigation team

WARNING AVOID The item arrived but it is different than advertised Quite cheaplu made with low quality light material My older comment I cannot believe that in 21st century a ship leaves a port in China but no one knows where it is and when it arrives to the destination They say please wait patiently while they give a new ETA But how do you know it if no one knows it

Wish I could give 0 stars Terrible service Ordered a display cabinet in October It arrived in December completely battered repackaged and missing several items including a foot The cabinet was damaged several places I immediately contacted the company and was given a very poor response after 39 emails back and forth I conceded to a 50 refund to prevent me having to pay shipping costs to return it to China I still haven t had the payment even though they say it has been sent Totally awful DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY

Poor quality poor service

Unfortunately there is no option for -stars This company supply totally inferior products to their advertised items The first order was the wrong colour damaged and cheap product I asked to have the item returned and was stone walled constantly The second delivery whilst being the correct colour is still terrible quality Very shoddy and cheaply made items that do not represent the ridiculous price tag I would not recommend this company I have waited since I posted this review 14 02 24 I sent the order number as requested No one has attempted to contact me I now have bar stools that I won t use and can not even be sold on to reimburse some of the ludicrous amount they charged I would be too embarrassed to sell such awful quality
