I ordered 10 office chairs for our new sites and not only did they come all in tact and of good quality the communication follow up has been outstanding I have dealt with several furniture stores locally and have not received as great a service as I have with this company that is overseas My experience with these guys have been second to none - like I said great communication all the way from placing the order to final delivery I would purchase from them again in the future

I bought an indoor wall light The package arrived intact and expeditiously in less time than expected The wall light was exactly as shown in the picture Litfad customer service sent me an email to inspect the goods and contact them if something was either missing or broken I m impressed with the wall light from Litfad and with their customer service Thank You

The communication with Litfad was super easy The lights were phenomenal and super modern I bought like 6 lights and kept telling all my friends about Litfad too Must try you will not regret it

I bought several sets of Bathroom Vanities from LIFAD and one of them had a sink that was damaged several times The customer service patiently solved the problem but it just took a long time

We orderedWater Resistant Storage Cabinet Glass Paned Standard Cabinet - 17 L x 13 W x 61 H Wicker Rattan It came just like the photo in the advertisement It is beautiful and sturdy It came with 2 different door options We loved it so much we purchased a second one in aqua And we are thinking about a 3rd purchase Great for storage The customer service is great You get an email when it is shipped and then weeks later you get your shipping date and then they check on you to see if you received the product with a follow up email Easy to put together Highly recommend
