No way of terminating subscriptions
Not possible to figure out where to send an email if you wish to cancel your subscription sent multiple emails to different contacts all bounces back and the our initial contact person is not working there any more so its just a black hole

Entering the correct login credentials
Entering the correct login credentials on multiple devices will only log me in on one laptop wont let me log in with the correct credentials no matter what I do Unbelievably bad experience for something called logmein I literally cant login Their phone support was less than worthless The dude didn t offer any ideas then transferred me to the wrong department

Charged again even though service was cancelled
We cancelled our service over a year ago and even were refunded when cancelled as they had charged However we were charged again this year and it has taken again time and effort to get a refund all of which was unnecessary If this was a UK company I suspect there would be some kind of financial investigation They really need to up there game

LogMeln is unethical addition to my 1st review My confirm emails from the bank transaction with LogMeln which should of been Microsoft seem to have disappeared from my email account Totally gone- poof -not in spam or any place Too funny LogMeln because I took pictures of those confirm emails prior to LogMeln deleting them LogMeln is an unethical scamming company

I just got our annual renewal notice
I just got our annual renewal notice you price is increasing to 5039 88 it read FYI logmein its not i got a quote from teamviewer for 1100 for the exact same service so goodbye How the hell can you justify such a price increase last year was 2040 in total Its a crazy increase with zero explanation other than you dont need to do anything we ll continue to bill you as normal Really annoyed by the attitude of this company there are alternatives

No star We have cancelled subscription to end of last year and now in October slapped with an outstanding bill to pay Tried to see if I could speak to someone but no contact number to be found Intercom chat box doesn t recognise invoice payment keywords Going ignore this bill such a waste of my time

Horrible customer service waste of money billing closed account
Horrible customer service and they continue to try and bill us AFTER we paid off our contract and asked for the account to be closed threatening to take us to collections I will be contacting legal representation to address this issue if they continue to threaten with a bill that has already been paid Save yourself the headache and wasted money and go with Zoom There is a reason nobody uses this horrible platform What a waste of money

TRY CANCEL
Took me weeks to get a response to a ticket requesting cancellation this arrived a week before my service would have renewed automatically beyond my control The ticket gave me a 1 USA number to call and cancel despite my reluctance what choice did I have They done all they could to retain me and to be fair if there was an online cancellation option I may have considered it Once I was put through to the correct department took 3 transfers The chap was very courteous and helpful

Price keeps going up Splashtop a much cheaper solution
We have been a long-time customer of Logmein Very disappointed they continue to raise the prices as high as they are doing when we only use very basic features This forced us to start looking around and I discovered Splashtop com it works exactly the same way including giving user and group permissions And it s less than half the price I highly recommend checking it out and wish I would have found it sooner Sometimes you outprice yourself from the competition enforce your own customers into looking for options that turns out to be cheaper and better Hopefully their sales department figures it out before it s too late

Unauthorized ACH withdrawals despite canceling three 3 times two years in a row
The fact they kept charging us two years in a row by ACH debit after we had canceled our account Not only that but they send out an invoice with an email ar us at LMI that they later claim is not one they use but its on all the invoices they sent and on the invoice indicated we could pay by check or send wire ACH to their account listed but nowhere did they indicate they were going to withdraw the money by ACH After the withdrawal they also did not send a receipt or a copy of the transaction which is required by law Clearly they are intentionally misrepresenting and doing this knowingly
