Poor service and disappointing result

I ordered a car from stock as needed it for my wife s new job and increased commute a number of weeks later Sales told me car will be available last week of Aug first week Sept - I write today on 14th Sept with no car no estimated arrival date having been through their own customer feedback procedure and effectively fobbed off For me this is typical example of Sales selling you the world and the company being unable to deliver

Don t want your business

Doesnt look like they want your business Enquired about a Qashqai sales agent couldnt wait to put the phone down I placed my order same day with Leasing Options Rang up second day for a second car Tiguan - not interested in even looking at stock Being a local company I tried to give them my business not interested I will gladly go elsewhere - thankyou Have been leasing for nearly 10 years so repeat custom lost The point here is a sales lead could have turned into an actual order had effort been made to source a vehicle which I ve now placed elsewhere for two cars

Shocking service

The price from the quote miraculously changed as soon as I d completed the paperwork online and they knew I was interested I was then faced by a rude member of staff clearly disgruntled with the loss of sale - I could not get a word in edgeways and in the end had to hang up whilst he chanted reasons why they were so good

Rude admin staff

The sales side is all sweetness and schmooze to get you to take the contract However the admin side lets this company down massively as they are just quite rude The tone is unhelpful and almost one of do you want it or not Some training in how to deal pleasantly with customers is needed The or maybe should find another job that isn t customer facing

Very disappointed

Very disappointed Ordered base model VW TRoc in September 2023 with company advertising it would be delivered in December 2023 I spoke with advisor before paying deposit and stressed this was essential to the as my current lease car had to go back in November After ordering just a few days later they then said it would be a February 2024 delivery Since then I ve had about 6 new estimated delivery dates with the latest being April 2024 And that s not even to me but the dealer So 4 months after they promised Shocking that they don t confirm delivery date til they ve taken your money and you ve placed order

Incorrect pricing

Incorrect price quoted online for In Stock Pre-Registered vehicle Only after I had completed and submitted the application did they remember to add the price for metallic paint Coincidentally this lapse in memory served them well by making them cheapest on the comparison site I received an apology yet no offer to honour the price advertised What a waste of my time

From various local newspaper websites Experts at LeaseCar uk have launched a campaign to allow parents bypass queueing traffic by using bus lanes when dropping their kids off at school Experts More like buffoons This will slow down buses thus making them less appealing and encourage some passengers to use their car instead

If you re ordering a Vauxhall Grandland

If you re ordering a Vauxhall Grandland Ultimate be very careful to inspect it thoroughly on delivery Mine had a very different spec to the most recent brochure and was driven away before I could fully inspect it leaving me with no car I m now having to fight to get back my 299 99 fee let alone any compensation

Pretty woeful customer service

Pretty woeful customer service Was super helpful engaged and responsive when application was ongoing providing a verbal approval However when finance company declined without providing any details Jonathan Brain was completely dismissive short and clearly lost all interest Clearly a hugely sales driven-organisation - once someone is declined they lose all interest in trying to find alternatives Jonathan went from being helpful to being the pole opposite as a result as underlined by their response Many MANY better brokers out there with better panels in the 24 hours since engagement finance has been easily secured with a better broker for 3 cars Avoid unless you like rude dismissive salesmen who would rather spend their time on easy deals in this case they ve lost out on extensive commission This is the 4th time I have had to edit my review - Lease Car keep digging themselves into a bigger hole each and every time This final time they have shared information in breach of GDPR regulation which shall be shared with the ICO and FCA this illustrates a clear breach of their duties under the FCA regulation
