Frustrating

We had problems from start to finish We have the car and we are happy with it BUT the problems beforehand was very stressful

Honesty is the best policy

I saw the deal advertised and contacted the company to organise and spoke to the salesperson the deal was set up and I chose the car I did because I was told it was in stock and would be delivered within 2 weeks this was on the 31st of October I finally received delivery of my car mid January after lots of lies and excuses as to why it was not available initially no contact was made to me I had to ring and chase all the time and was getting worried it was a dodgy company honesty is the best policy and I would have been much happier with the truth When I finally received my car I was very happy with the delivery as the courier contacted me the day before and arranged a delivery time and he arrived at the stated time the car is great although I am still unaware of some of the finer details which were not explained to me and if I had had a better explanation to start with I may have chosen a different deal Could not reccomended this company

Dropped off car with 40mls range nearest charger 30mls away hade to buy cable amazon 280 to charge car

The company seems to be under the impression that they have delivered the van to me but they have not The van is late and still apparently 2 weeks away

Hard sell then no customer service

I did a quote online I was bombarded with calls from two different people in order to place my order once I had signed the order form I didnt hear from them despite numerous emails I knew there was going to be a particular problem but as I had no response from them I thought I d just wait until they noticed I had had the card delivered before this problem came up and a month on its still no solved I do have my car though however delivered 4 weeks after the original delivery date its been left to another person to sort the problem when it could have been dealt with if anyone had followed up my emails Very poor customer service Will no re new with them because of this I can t wait to see what happens when the contract need renewing I expect I ll get some calls then

The customer service was poor

The customer service was poor - we live on the Isle of Wight and I spent hours waiting in Portsmouth for the car to be delivered There was no communication and it was very frustrating

A straightforward process made as difficult as possible

Our business has just started leasing cars from 2 providers We only have a fleet of 6 so far but intend to double that in 2017 2 cars provided by central contracts in Q3 2016 The experience wasn t one we will be repeating

Very poor on this occasion

Very poor on this occasion I ve never received such a poorly presented vehicle in the 20 years of receiving new vehicles The above coupled with conflicting delivery dates has left a sour experience on this occasion

Shameless

Promised a car on a date and was three weeks late so had to get a hire car Admin Team Spot on Sales Man not Pushy in fact a good lad but promised delivery time sucked Felt let down and was not willing to reimburse hire car So good prices but wont meet all your expectations I cant say I would use them again
