Pathetic experience it s been 6 hours

Pathetic experience it s been 6 hours transactions deducted from my account but not transferred to the respected account tried customer support via email as well as chat saying wait for 24 hours don t send money by this Much better options are other

This company is using referral exchange

This company is using referral exchange rate and can t handle the amount of people they service It takes over 30min for their customer service to pick up calls and they send me an invalid session number that I should call Gtbank Gtbank confirmed it was invalid and after I contacted Lemfi again that ask me to send my bank statement they did not respond until I call them the next day now that gave another story saying Gtbank system was down that they have resolved it I contact Gtbank again and they said the session ID is invalid all I need now is my refund so I can delete my account from this guys They refuse to pick up for over 2 hours now

Until this is resolved

Until this is resolved i believe Lemfi is NOT legit as a 135 dollar transfer i made into my account on 6th December 2024 has not been returned to me and yet my account has not been credited as at today 24th December 2024 That was 18 days ago The customer support response takes usually more than 72 hrs each time and I have answered tons of questions No refund No credit of my account Today is 24th Dec 2024 This is a company with questionable traits I advise anyone transferring money via Lemfi to beware Watch out please for further update on this development I intend to roll with them on this one I am not planning to retreat from this nor surrender the money to them

Bad customer service

It s really disappointing and unfortunate that I can t any support with a transaction that says delivered on the Lemfi App and my Nigerian account is not credited I ve been to GT bank to check just to be sure it s not a problem with my GT account I m just stuck as I can t execute my plans now Can someone speak to me and give me an update of why my money has not delivered about 28hrs now Very disheartening

This App really sucks

This app will deduct money from your account in a heartbeat now to complete the money transfer is another story Several times it has taken over 12 hours to complete transfers Calling their customer service number doesn t help because they just give you generic answers They also treat you like you are bothering them when you call to field a complaint Use it at your own risk

Poor services

Had to wait too long for my transaction to be successful for more than 12hrs I requested for it to be cancelled till now only God knows when i will receive it

It s about 4 days now no positive outcome of over 200 000 Naira failed transaction that never got to my account but was said to be successful by LemFi on their app Please be watchful because they can divert your funds and claim it s a GTBank problem and all that weird story LemFi credit my GTB account or you refund my money to the app They have not responded to my calls or emails for over 4 days

Failed transaction

It s about 4 days now no positive outcome of about 1 400 000 Naira failed transaction that never got to my account but was said to be successful by LemFi on their app Please be watchful because they can divert your funds and claim it s a GTBank problem and all that weird story LemFi credit my GTB account or you refund my money to the app

If you are sending emergency money

If you are sending emergency money I DONT RECOMMEND LEMFI it takes hours and hours to complete a transaction But when you are funding them with your money it takes seconds to complete there funding I had to use another app to send money because I had an emergency I waited for a full hour and up to now my transaction isn t completed Use it at your own risk

Fraud Application

Fraud ApplicationI had send 150 pound it is showing that your transaction is successful but recipient doesn t receive it yet I send it on 20th December and now its 30th December I also call on Lemfi support but they re so rude they are saying why you call us on weekend I don t recommend this application to anyone
