If you ve read reviews about how great they are probably from those who haven t had any issues with the app The app generally works great Once you do have an issue customer service is TERRIBLE Their customer representatives are very unprofessional rude and unresponsive It seems like they have outsourced customer service which is cost efficient for any business however they do need to reconsider their third party service provider Based on the terrible experience I have moved on to TapTapSend Fingers crossed

The rate is a little higher than competitors but there is a problem with the app I consistently tried to nake transactions for the past two weeks each time the transaction failed My bank confirmed no problem at their end Getting customer service is like a camel going through the eye of a needle I Uninstalled and reinstalled the app three times yet no improvement The developer needs improvement

I have lost money once by this app and iam about to loose again The people responsible do not appear to have credible agents in Kenya Safaricom has put inplace ways to recall funds sent to a wrong mpesa account but LemFi are either using this to divert funds to themselves or they do not know how it works Money is being lost and credibility of Lemfi is diminishing very fast

Two stars is generous considering the lack of respect and assistance provided I am extremely disappointed with the customer service provided by LemFi Despite their claim of offering 24 7 support my experience proved otherwise When I called for assistance I was bombarded with unnecessary questions and then left on hold to listen to advertisements before being abruptly hung up on This type of unprofessional behavior is unacceptable and completely tarnished my opinion of the app I had high hopes for LemFi but after this experience I can no longer recommend it to others

Sometimes payments stuck but overall good experience

My problem with them is the pattern one would have load up come back and then begin to transfer some other app once u indicate the right button for send it automatically go to ur account linked to the app and then it s credited to your recipient account

Good company and I love the recent and the recent addition of being able to send money back from home

Easy to navigate the APP but rates are not always the best when compared with other platforms

They are reliable good exchange rate deserved 5-star but I gave 3 only because they give you the runaround when there s an issue My driver s license that Lemfi has on file expired but I renewed it the driver s license even before it expired When a license is renewed in Ontario Canada where I live a temporary paper validation tag valid for 3 months is issued and the tag is used in conjunction with the expired license hardcopy until the new one arrives in the mail I notified Lemfi with a copy of the validation tag that indicated my license had been renewed and thus valid but Lemfi blocked my account and has been giving me needless runaround since then Secondly license expiry does not invalidate someone s legal names in Ontario Canada banks credit card companies utilities and the rest of them do not suspend their clients accounts when their license expires The law here only require that ID be valid at the time they are being used for identification or setting up accounts

Had a bad experience which they were able to turn around after I complained and escalated 3 5 out of 5 suya sticks as per Humble Prince Ratings
