No one to talk to to resolve an issue Made a complaint on the 30th Jan No response till now Not good customer service You wait on the phone for minutes and no one is there to answer the call

They are Not Honest

if you re sending money urgently it says it s rapid but NO ITS NOT after loading your wallet and made the transaction it will go on pending and you will have to wait for a day or few days for receipient to receive money

I sent money through Lemfi since 15th

I sent money through Lemfi since 15th of Nov 2023 the recipient never received the money have raised an issue on lemfi 3 times all I get in response is automated reply that issue raised no follow up no action taking This is Appalling and below par customer services have referred 3 people to lemfi in 2months I might stop using them with this outrageous and Appalling services am receiving

This app has a very good rate however very slow in adding money to the wallet and take forever for the money to be deposited to receiver s account

Is a very unreliable system

Is a very unreliable system Anytime I send money over 500 they keep it for more than 3 days and may transfer it if the rate drops but if the rate rises they return the money The worst thing is you can never get hold of anyone although they have on the support site that they are open 8am to 8pm all week

Useless customer service Nobody picks the phone nobody replies your message and the chat is controlled by an AI that keeps sending articles Instant payment has been pending for almost 3 hrs and nobody to speak with

It may be good as long as your money is not trapped by their service error or your own registration mistakes Refund may not be available to you My fund is still trapped with them Their customer service may close your case without resolving the issue Customers should be cautious Reason for the 2 stars If my money is refunded I may give 5 stars

Rates are too high yes they have a good realtime transaction but they are making hell of a profit There should be a regulation
