Good service so far

They have a good rate compare to other companies but the problem is the transfer takes hours to be recieved it has now been over 15hrs and the money has not been processed and I am not happy about it

Good service so far Just disappointed i can t add or remove multiple cards on my account with a limit on it

Delays in transfer at times

The process is a bit cumbersome as much as I appreciate it s for our safety Why add money to account and all that can t money be transfer directly from card

This rate is sometimes better than that

This rate is sometimes better than that of their competitors but sometimes transactions are not processed and when you call their call center to report the issue no one picks up and you re forced to go online to create a ticket I still have a transaction pending with them sent over 13 hours ago that has not yet been delivered

LEMFI WALLET ISSUES

Update issue was resolved after 48-72 hours I feel customer service on the issue could have been more open and followed up not me constantly following up I am not sure what is going on with LemFi wallet It s been more than 30hrs and my funds can t be located by LemFi This is not the best at all

Slow so slow

Lynn Ngugi recommend it to her viewers me They take your money then ask you to prove you sent them money They say it takes 10 to 15 minutes for the money to reflect but it takes longer If only they can understand the value of letting people know upfront it prevents much unnecessary anxiety I deposited 3000 00 after hearing about lemonade finance for months so to have it held for hours was no picnic I am going to continue using them because it s African And I believe they will improve My code is BIBI0Z5U please use it

The service was great with good

The service was great with good exchange rate The problem is their failure to reverify my ID when I canceled the debit card linked to my account Despite all calls emails after submitting the required document my account still on hold for over 4weeks now

Disappointed

I made a transaction this morning just to the last step it was asking for my transaction pin which i entered but to my surprise it kept on saying PIN CANNOT BE EMPTY I tried to change the pin but still repeating the same thing After a while is asking for update If they are facing any technical issues they suppose to keep their customers posted Please I need my money Lemonade Sorted later but

This app always delays payments There is no way you can contact customer services directly Chat take long and there is never quick solution However best exchange rate is available here

This app company is alarming recently

This app company is alarming recently made a transfer it shows successful but funds were not deposited Been calling for the past 5 days no head way Something is fishing not people hard earned money Update At the time you initiated this transaction there was an unexpected network downtime with the central processing system NIBSS which affected transfers processed to Nigerian bank accounts on the 6th and 7th of December 2024 However our partner has confirmed that the funds were not successfully credited to your intended beneficiary and as such the transaction will be reversed accordingly to your wallet in 24 hours Thanks Fund successfully reverse and resend
