My mistake Google Pixel 4a and Google Pixel 4a 5G not the same size

I recently ordered a Symmetry case for my new Pixel 4a 5G except that I accidently ordered the case for a Pixel 4a not realizing that they were not the same size Otterbox immediately sent me the right case and didn t charge me for either the case or shipping when it was totally my mistake Thank you for EXCELLENT customer service

Today I called to submit a warranty claim I talked to DARLA she is the sweetest person ever She is professional and has a passion in what she is doing She helped me and was patient She did her best to make me happy as I did not find the same case color I originally had This is what I call excellent customer service Thanks DARLA

Shout our to ParkerI was connected to an in-person nearly immediately and he was amazing He was personable and helpful Throughout the conversation he had a contagious positive attitude and was overall a very cheerful person I have always liked Otterbox for their quality products and lifetime warranty but this is above and beyond customer service Thank you Parker

Cheetah run fall

In May 2021 My husband James was on the Cheetah run at Busch gardens in Tampa Florida with his grandchildren His phone and keys fell out of your pocket while on the ride and fail to the ground on the rocks below It survived the fall Without any damage And as my husband says all because it was in Otter box He loves to tell the story about how his phone survived the fall on the Cheetah run

Best Defender Case

Without a doubt the defender series case is the best protection for my new iPhone 12 Pro Max It s sturdy easy to fit and is great quality Having always bought Apple branded cases the defender series is my new favourite after it was recommended by a friend Took about 2 weeks to arrive but realised it shipped from the Netherlands so can t complain Highly recommended

I dropped my phone about 7-8ft high with impulse and absolutely nothing happened to it

I use this otterbox defender wherever work takes me The reason i decided to write this review is because it not only withstood outdoor labor I also dropped my phone about 7-8ft high with impulse and landed on a corner of the screen and absolutely nothing happened to it I ve had it at least a year

Fantastic Warranty Policy

I have used OtterBox cases for the past 5 years or so I ve only had positive experiences with this company Most recently the phone case I purchased from OtterBox began to bend out of shape it was a Silicone one so different to others I ve purchased however I made a request for a new phone case as it was still under warranty and they shipped a brand new one out to me within days of my request I m very very happy with this company

Warranty Return

After reading the negative reviews I felt that I would be in the same boat on my warranty replacement especially after their initial response however I did receive a replacement 4 year old case which had split by the buttons clearly a manufacturing design fault which failed within the limited lifetime warranty After several emails photos I received a brand new replacement Very pleased thank You
