Our lights arrived a different

The lights were cancelled as delivery ceiling lights

Our lights arrived a different colour shade to what was shown on the website No help was given for the return I had to pay for the return which got damaged and I have consequently lost my money Check returns policy Not many couriers will handle the large chandelier parcels and it s very pricey

The lights were cancelled as delivery would be weeks with an un shaw delivery date due to bad batch

Order no 7474 has been delayed because

It took 5 days to dispatch the lights then the order hasn t arrived after a week sinceDispatch Update- it was dispatched a few days after the BH with no details or the courier used I ve had no updates of the investigation into the missing items

I still haven t received my lights

Order no 7474 has been delayed because of supply issues However this wasn t made clear before I ordered On 6th April received an email to say it was dispatched for delivery but no other notification as of today the 10th and we have still not received the order Very frustrating experience

Not happy with an Elstead product

Not happy with an Elstead product purchased through Lights2u Elstead were useless and not interested so needed to contact the retailer Lights2u Always very polite but very difficult to get through or really get anywhere with the complaint Lights eventually returned but whole process took almost a month bearing in mind we called regarding the issue the day after the delivery Think the chap at Lights2u could do with a helping hand

Available items on their website this actually means they might be able to get the items from somewhere else after a few weeks

Issue with light fitting provided

The company were good at keeping me up to date as there were issues with obtaining the 2 ceiling lights I had ordered The shades are absolutely beautiful and good quality - as expected with tiffany However there is a massive BUT As soon as the electrician saw the fittings he knew there would be issues The centre bar has poor threading and was hard to keep straight when attaching to the ceiling fitting and also when attaching the shade There are 2 bulbs for each light and within a day both had one not working Basically the fittings are inferior and poor quality - cheap rubbish from China Not what I d expect as these were not cheap

Marked down 2 stars as they use APC

Marked down 2 stars as they use APC next day who sadly let them down APC came a day late and then delivered to wrong house who luckily for us took it in Light2U s website is easy to use the double bank holiday caused a delay between ordering and being notified of dispatch Our normal go to lighting supplier didn t have the small Elstead lamp in stock to match the large ones we brought from them I m afraid being messed about by the courier will put me off using Light2U again in the future Although Elliot did email me an apology about delayed delivery he did say he d get back to me but didn t

Not Brass

The lamp is of good quality but the aged brass finial and spider are actually made of brushed nickel
