Lo na is a great app to relax calm your mind sleep and stuff like that People working for Lo na are literally the kind hearted fairies who loves help you when you have questions to answer problems to solve If your path crosses with Lo na you should be a part of it without a single doubt

This app is well worth the full year subscription It s true that there is a trial period offered but you might as well budget out for the app I love the sleepscapes particularly with a soothing narration by a fabulous voice actor You can mix your own blend of sounds and Hz for your brain The science is working on me and the unwinding routine and wake up routine and alarm are very helpful Just plan on paying for one year- perhaps pair it with a brain game app too You can soothe your brain which is where your improved sleep habits pair up with your happier nervous system You won t just magically start sleeping soundly bc that takes time You have to put in the time to get the benefits of the app If you don t want to pay for a year then you need to calendar the seven days trial period and follow up with the banking details That is how it works

I really love this app I never really write reviews but I wanted to for this app because I ve come to adore it so much The escapes the music the sleep stories they re all so wonderful I Hope i have this app for the rest of my life

After using Lo na for a year almost daily I decided I wanted to upgrade to a lifetime membership I had a problem with the auto renew that gave me one year again I contacted Lo na support through email but was not getting any response This was the only negative thing Since I was part of the Lo na FB group I was able to reach out through Messenger and they promptly helped me By getting a refund from the App Store I was able to then get my lifetime renewal I hand enjoyed using the app for the beautiful sleepscapes which are so richly detailed But my favorite part are the stories Those I use to fall asleep by Over this past year I hand seen this App grow with many new added features Looking forward to seeing what this company takes us in the future

I had an issue where the voice narration was not working I reached out to customer service and they fixed the issue the next day I was impressed with how fast they fixed it and that they took it seriously Absolutely fantastic experience and a wonderful app

I m a longtime Lo na community member It s one of my favorite apps Highly recommended I recently had an issue with my subscription and customer support was very helpful and responsive in correcting the issue they even gifted me a few additional days to enjoy my membership Very pleased with the process and the app

I ve discovered Loona during a time where getting asleep was a little difficult as I was sick and worried about my health The immersive stories they call Escapes got my attention The soothing voice of the narrator the concentration needed to find the correct objects to color them when requested the background music and additionnal stories were a perfect distraction for my anxious mind at that very moment Since then I used Loona a little less regularly only playing an Escape when bedtime comes and I find it difficult to put my thoughts to rest And it works very well I sleep more peacefully after an escape that I do without The team behind Loona is also worth mentionning new escapes are published on a regular basis and the support team is quite quick to respond and fix any particular trouble If you have trouble sleeping because your mind is restless I strongly suggest you give this a try with a headset on It might really be helpful

I was having issues with my purchase and the Lo na team fixed it promptly and honoured the discount also The app it s self is fantastic so relaxing and the stories and artwork is excellent Very immersive I would recommend this app to anyone who is having difficulties sleeping or intrusive thoughts at bed time

I had a little issue with my subscription after replacing my phone and I couldn t figure out how to fix it on my own Lo na guys were extremely helpful and fixed the issue on their end for me in no time I have used this app for a year and a half and I love it it s very useful to relax after a long day and go right to sleep
