Unauthorised payment taken Horrible customer support Cancelled during the trial period and was presented a successfully unsubscribed confirmation page however was still charged over 100 aud This app boasted to help with sleeping anxiety and more however has had the opposite effect when I was advised touch luck no refunds How can they get away with this scam Do not give this app your credit card or payment details unless you like throwing money away The app itself was ok but not worth that much money I could ve gone to the private doctors and paid them for less than what this app charged Do not download

Don t burn your money

Free trial for a week - nothing to lose hey Wrong I ve lost 60 for a year subscription and received an email to say my next payment is 72 in December This was an automatic payment connected to my Apple ID Daily emails to them asking if they will honor the refund as this is their mistake - only automatic emails back offering my discount I can t even use the app that I ve paid for because they ve deleted my account - If I want to actually use it I have to sign up for a year lol Currently in touch with bank claiming subscription scam Disappointed in myself - never trusting a free trial again

PREDATORY BUSINESS PRACTICES Like many others here my husband tried this app He struggles to sleep especially after a brain injury from a Vespa accident They seem to want to cheat people for the 80 CND BEWARE and check out alternatives If you opt in for the trial be warned you are really purchasing a year s subscription UPDATE We received a refund after replying to their first email asking for the case to escalated launching a dispute in PayPal and giving a 1-star review here and on Google Play

They will take money without your consent

Trying to get a refund via Appstore because they re not answering my questions properly via email I m extremely disappointed that that took 59 99 from my account the day before a free trial period ended - when they advertised it as 50 off 29 49 for the year Very bad business practice UPDATE I was able to obtain a full refund via the Appstore which is where I downloaded the app Worth trying if you were caught out like me

Much like the person below I feel absolutely scanned by Loona I wanted to try the app after my sleep suffered from severe anxiety but was underwhelmed at the content and the glitches to even get to the home screen I cancelled by subscription on the last day of free trial by which point the money 60 had already come out of my account I subscribe to Fabulous and Headspace and have never had to deal with such slow and obscure customer service Really disappointed Going through PayPal claiming a subscription scam

class action lawsuit

got hooked with a free subscription and have not been able to cancel since After multiple attempts to contact customer service I have not been able to get my subscription canceled I have been charged multiple times since and have had to dispute through my bank Absolutely criminal How have they not been sued for fraud by now

Much like the other reviews I subscribed without realizing thought I cancelled but apparently didn t They make it extremely hard to do so Then was charged every quarter 60 US 100 AUD - twice An absolute joke Getting a refund is basically impossible and their customer service sends out a generic response

Shocking customer treatment - do not sign up to this app if you don t want your money stolen Refuse to provide refunds for free trial after several requests Did not recieve reminder emails before trial ended

Against a 14-day full refund policy

You have to pay for a 7-day trial minimum is 1 dollar VAT You will receive an email after 3rd day and on the 7th day your credit card will be charged without further question the whole amount 72 dollars for 12 weeks If you come back to them and ask them for a refund because you didn t want the app you will be refused well unless you pay it via Apple or Google store since it is in their policy I didn t have the subscription active on my iPhone because if you set up your trial on their website where you end up based on their questionnaire from an Instagram ad it will not show up there Once you are charged - oopsie your mistake Even though you contacted customer service THE SAME DAY your trial ENDED you will not receive any refund It was your mistake and you agreed to waive your rights by accepting the terms and conditions upon the trial However that goes against European Union consumer protection laws so I am addressing authorities to look into it as I am not paying 72 dollars for a service I didn t want in the first place As an EU citizen I am eligible for a 14-day full refund policy without any justification

I didn t like the app at all

I didn t like the app at all I was sent an end of trial email which I used to cancel the subscription go about my day and notice I was charged the same day I emailed customer service immediately after and was met with sorry we sent a reminder we are unable to refund you Cool steal my money But they let me know I can still use it for a whole year until the subscription ends Not cool
