3 months is the same price as 1 year

I tried to cancel this subscription multiple times during the 7 day trial and apparently did not cancel it enough Got charged 59 99 for a 3 month subscription when it says on their website you can gift a YEARLY subscription for the same price I emailed them 3 hours after I was charged and was told that they had to deny my request for a refund which I never directly asked for I emailed them more to make sure that my subscription was canceled and to ask about the pricing discrepancies Do NOT download this app It honestly gave me nightmares instead of helping me sleep Customer service is awful no refunds no reminder emails cancellation and pricing are not clear

THIS COMPANY WILL STEAL FROM YOU I had to give my credit card number for a free trial which was supposed to end a week after I started the free trial Instead of actually giving me a free trial Loom charged me 59 99 immediately When I contacted customer service they refused to give me a refund because refunds aren t in their policy This company advertises a free trial but will not actually give you one and they WILL charge your card without your permission Absolutely horrendous customer service and complete false advertising DO NOT purchase this app unless you want to waste money

Customer Satisfaction is NOT Loona s Priority Awful experience with customer service I can t believe the audacity to charge for the free trial just to charge you 60 and not refund you--despite no usage of the app and a desire to discontinue Businesses that go far do so by establishing customer loyalty Think of any brand Their customers are LOYAL Why Because time and time again they are satisfied with their brand experience I certainly won t be recommending this app to any friend of mine Honestly I ll be telling people about my bad experience In fact I ll recommend a brand I enjoy so much that I even support their Patreon Get Sleepy podcast wherever you listen

Do not sign up for this app I paid 14 99 for a two week trial and they immediately charged me thisplus the 59 99 monthly fee this locking me in automatically to this regular withdrawal When I sent an email to them to discuss this it bounced back When I went on their website and asked to speak to customer service they would only proceed if I gave them my banking details and paid a fee Such a disappointing approach to customer service Try CALM app- customer service amazingly supportive and it offer a broader range of activities for a fraction of this price

Once the free trial expired I cancelled as soon as I seen the charge and no refund - this is profiteering and as there are already people taking legal action I am going to join the crowd They actually sent me an email saying there is no refund but here s some discount codes for members of your family I stated I am not recommending them to anyone

Buyer beware

I used this app once during the trial period and unfortunately found it didn t suit my needs - perhaps this would appeal to a younger demographic I m 58 years old I forgot to cancel but contacted customer service the SAME day the 80 CAD charge went through my account I was told that there was no refund available for a partially used period I m sure it was there in the fine print but it s painful to be charged that amount with no recourse

It s disheartening to experience Lo na deducting a yearly subscription fee within the supposed free trial period Such lack of transparency and honesty in their practices makes it challenging to maintain trust in the company It appears they entice customers with free offers only to levy unexpected charges ultimately This is unacceptable and reflects poorly on their business integrity I don t know how to get my money back

Considering legal action

Given the number of people who have been wrongfully charged I am considering launching a class action lawsuit I refuse to let a company profit off of targeting an audience that struggles with mental health I have already connected with some of you but encourage others to reach out with testimonials screenshots and other supporting evidence to Sam mo schoolstuff gmail com

AVOID this app at all costs

AVOID this app at all costs They will scam you I attempted to sign up for their 7 day trial for one dollar and they charged me 66 I contacted their customer support which is only by email no other customer service contact methods to notify them and after two days they sent me an auto response and they denied me a refund I ll be pursuing this further with other avenues but really AVOID this app and do not give them your card information for a free cheaper trial

BEWARE -- LOONA DOESN T HONOR THE TRIAL PERIOD Here is my biggest problem There are MANY other apps that must take your pay information before hand but HONOR the fact that you have 7 days - to decide if you like the app and can continue Once you authorize the payment your money is taken out and they say your subscription has started - cancel anytime but the only thing you get back is the approx 9 for the TRIAL the rest is no refund is available hey thanks though Have a nice life A definite reminder to me about fine print -- and that Latin phrases like Caveat Emptor or Buyer BEWARE really do have staying power for a reason
