The response I received when I contacted the support team when my card was bent and unusable has been the best Replied within the same day and a new card was issued the next day I cannot thank them enough

Helpful Better results than I expected I was trying to register a gift card but it turned out that it had passed its expiry date I thought i would lose the amount but Nathan from Love2shop arranged a balance payment to be made so I wouldnt lose all of the 50 Very happy with the result

My card got misplaced probably stolen along side my wallet And the person who picked it up sent the card back to love 2 shop Well they contacted me and gave me a seamless process to recover my card The customer service is wonderful

I was having a big issue with placing the order for a physical gift card I emailed customer services and received a response within a very reasonable time Having watched the video link I still had the same issue so I corresponded then through the site online chat The issue was sorted within minutes So overall - had a issue - issue sorted out in a friendly efficient manner

Nice Customer Service Lady

I had an issue of purchasing the wrong gift card and wanted to enquire about a refund Unfortunately that wasn t possible but the customer service advisor was very nice and explained it very well Although the issue wasn t sorted I liked the way she handled it Thank you Beth

Give Nathan a week s paid leave campaign

I ve tried three times to use Love2shop forms the first form didn t elicit any help and the next two were rejected for some reason so I elected to use chat After getting past the robot guarding the company much like doctors receptionists who think their job is to block patients from seeing a medic I got through to Nathan who was really very helpful and quickly recognised there was a problem and solved it by resending me by special delivery the cards I ordered
