Zero balance resolved

Had a gift voucher for Xmas a shop made an error and took the balance Contacted the help centre and they found the error and sorted it with a full refund It took a couple of weeks but at this busy period it was not too bad Good outcome very pleased

My experience great the person who guided me through this was so patient and kind

My experience was great the person who helped me and guided me through how to change password and how to change my money from master card to flexcard was very patient and kind and was helpful Normally they would just say do this and so on and out the ohone down but he was so kond and talked me through because i asked him to do for me but he explained he cant but he can guide me thriugh everything as i couldn t do at home

I had an issue with my e-Card which wasn t send to my email so I contacted Love2shop customer care and they resolved the issue very quickly It was difficult to get hold of them but once I ve done they listened and solved the problem Very happy customer
