On 2 separate occasions due to my inability with technology I failed to carry out the procedure and didn t receive my first E-gift card Time elapsed and after contacting love2shop and explaining my situation they kindly sent me the same voucher And again I received a voucher from love2shop and again I somehow lost it in cyber space and again love2shop kindly help me and resolved the problem by sending me a new voucher Thank you love2shop
