I had a problem in trying to use a card

I had a problem in trying to use a card for a purchase The card appeared as non readable After contacting Love2shop by email I received a reply the following day asking for card details and asking if the card appeared damaged Forwarded them photo and other info Within a couple of hours received another response saying they would block original and send a replacement which duly arrived in a few days Absolutely excellent service from a friendly team

Great Customer Service Support

I received an e Love 2 Shop card so I registered it not realising the end date was from I registered it as I decided to keep it for Christmas I realised this when I went to shop for presents I then contacted the team at Love 2 Shop and they were outstanding in their handling of my query their help was much appreciated as they quickly found a resolution to my problem I would like to thank Debbie Emma Rebecca and Nathan for their help really much appreciated

I had a problem with a gift card but Nathan from customer services was extremely helpful and sorted it out for me First class service

Boots till declined but money taken from gift card

Super service - contacted customer services as Boots till declined Love2Shop giftcard but money was removed from balance Emailed with scanned Boots receipt Money put back on giftcard in less than 2 hours after initial email Could not be more pleased

Sorting numerous vouchers

I had received numerous vouchers which had to be redeemed separately which got a bit confusing so I used the chat feature and hatted with James He was very patient as I had to go through 15 different voucher codes with him James was able to sort my issue out really quickly and I was very grateful for his time and patience Thank you James

Great customer service I spoke with Rae who stayed on the phone to help support me whilst I administered my voucher It was great to speak to someone so helpful knowledgeable plus very supportive a uk help centre when you are in the uk is great

Excellent customer service from all involved in my case For the second time I managed to lose forget the safe place I d put the originals Quick to respond and issue duplicate cards All help much appreciated keep up the good work

Such brilliant customer service

Such brilliant customer service I had a problem with a failed order using the love2shop vouchers to pay on another website Originally I contact the vendor with whom I had the failed order and they were no help at all - and in fact gave me the wrong information - I wish I had contact Love2Shop straight away because they resolved it all within 5 minutes - THANK YOU
