Mostly Great Experience

Prices really competitive and the majority of the order was delivered on time and in great condition by a really helpful delivery guy However the flipper panel for the shower is still outstanding Online ordering allowed us to select the item and pay for it It was only afterwards we were advised it s delivery was delayed - that was at the beginning of November and we are still waiting In my opinion if you don t have stock then customers shouldn t be able to pick and pay for the item It wouldn t be so bad if they kept us informed but we have to keep chasing to find out when it will arrive Hate leaving such negative feedback but maybe the company will amend their operations so it helps improve someone else s experience

Very helpfully obtained VAT relief for disabled and while it had to be paid initially getting it refunded was quick and easy The drop down grab rail was well made and good quality Delivery was fine as well

Brilliant service from start to finish Website easy to navigate approximate delivery timescale advised at point of order and order placed with no problem Immediate e mail confirmation of order followed by updates as the delivery date neared On the day of the delivery a 2hr time slot was confirmed which was met by a lovely friendly driver who helped carry the package into the garage Would definitely recommend this company and wouldn t hesitate to use them again

Main water stopcock It was to replace a ceased up one of about 30 years old The feed pipe was polythene but the new tap clamped onto it ok using the supplied olive Decent price and did the job The carrier was 2 or 3 days late delivering but we must expect this sort of thing nowadays

I have never ordered from Low Cost Plumbing Supplies before so I wasn t sure what to expect but I am so impressed by the speed and quality of the service provided The communication was brilliant I was notified about the whereabouts of my order at all times from order confirmation all the way through to confirmation of delivery and was able to track the delivery on the day that it was due When it arrived everything was safely packed and no parts were missing Thank you
