Buyer Beware of LSO Fashion Nova Shipping

I ve been back and forth in communication with LSO and Fashion Nova looking for my items I ordered from Fashionnova on July 23 it is now August 6 and I still have a missing package With over 1000 worth a Fashionnova stuff in it The phone representatives are extremely unhelpful and I know their phone lines are busy with many of phone calls and complaints like to this one However that is not our fault if this company was not prepared to handle the demand a Fashionnova in other entities they should have never taken on the load Now it is a reflection of not only their service and quality but also of the service and quality of all the vendors that choose to utilize this company for shipping At this time if a supervisor could reach out to me to help me find my package being shipped through LSO that would be helpful Update I m changing my review since posting this I physically went up to LSO to check on my package and was explained the poor organization on Fashion Nova s end of things I was given excellent customer service by the lady in the front office and was told I will be contacted immediately for updates

I sent an Express next day for 10 30a delivery and it arrived a bit early It was a contract for a major purchase Seemed reasonable

I bought a product from Best Buy and LSO was delivering They delivered my product safely and 2 days earlier than the expected date

No issues with service would use again

The other reviews here scared me and made me think I d never see my XBox Series X but it arrived safely and on time

I strongly considered giving LSO a 4-star review because I was on hold for about 15 minutes with no answer they said use our chat feature which I never saw on their website and didn t email back about a same-day delivery as of writing this I emailed 3 5 hours ago However the only reason I was reaching out was because of all the bad reviews I saw on line I was concerned the package wouldn t be delivered on time it was needed today As I sat their listening to hold music I refreshed the status of the tracking page about every 5 minutes and about an hour ahead of schedule it changed to delivered I wouldn t consider this a review on LSO rather it is a review of my experience with them For me at least the only problems were caused by my concern over a hypothetical failing on their part that didn t come to pass so I personally won t hesitate or be concerned using them again

I had no mishaps with receiving my package

I purchased a designer bag from Nordstrom and when I was notified that the carrier was LSO I looked them up because I had never heard of them and I was mortified every review was just awful hundreds of customers experiencing stolen missing or delayed items so I was under the impression my bag wouldn t be received and Nordstrom would ve just had to give me my money back To my surprise my bag actually was delivered with no delays or mishaps it even came earlier than the estimated arrival I will say based off reviews I do believe this is a rare experience that I had which is sad because as consumers the last thing we should worry about is the ethics of a delivery carrier company on how they deliver packages Although my experience was seamless if I had a choice I d still choose DHL UPS and even Fed-Ex because they are trusted and reliable Nonetheless I am grateful I was able to receive my bag

Bad review turned good

I did leave a bad review the other day I was reading all the other bad reviews about people stealing packages going missing bad things happening in general along with bad customer service But the package I ordered from Nike actually ended up getting here two days early despite a weather delay and despite the delivery day being the 10th of this month The guy delivering the packages didn t drop or throw them on the ground he simply put them both down scanned them and left Pretty simple and pretty fast I m sorry for the others with bad reviews and I thought I d have one but I don t This is a review from the Forth Worth area and my packages went through strictly Dallas and Plano not Houston So maybe that s why I had no problems Thank you LSO
