Lululemon has the best customer service I have ever had the pleasure of speaking with If my pants start pilling too early or if I don t like the fit of something I purchased awhile ago they are always willing to give me store credit so that I can purchase something new Everyone I speak to is so kind and helpful Really awesome and nothing beats their align leggings

I had a pair of the trow back pants in my shopping cart and was checking out and the page refreshed and the pants were no longer available I then called customer service to see if the pants had sold out which they had but the employee gave me 3 store numbers to call that had the pants I was able to buy them from a store in California and I had them at my house within two days Excellent customer service

Lululemon is my absolute top website and store to shop for athletic wear The quality of their products is unmatched by any other brand The vast majority of the items are well worth the investment and can last for many years They have superior customer service and if you have any issues it is very easy to get in touch with an agent and they will go above and beyond to rectify the situation Everything arrives on time and in perfect condition Totally trust this company

I m surprised at the bad reviews for Lululemon com I live abroad so every time before I go see my family in NY I order Lululemon from the website before I arrive so I could try them on at home and return in the shops if something doesn t fit I d never had any issues receiving or returning orders Products are pricy but most items are very well made with quality fabric and stitching The sports bra I bought 6 years ago still retained good shape after numerous wearing and washing

Great value I wore my On the Fly pants into the ground Love my Dash into Dusk zip running jacket and cropped long sleeve top too Shipping is fast and customer service is good - ignore all the negative reviews below that are during the pandemic obviously things are different at the moment and delays are inevitable

Never a negative experience My son and daughter both went into the kamloops lululemon and only had to mention pilling on their pants and immediately were given a replacement pair no cost no receipt I am quite surprised at the negative reviews on here So far I am under the impression that they really stand behind their product

I don t understand all the negative reviews Yes the process of returning my items was quite slow as COVID-19 has impacted the amount of staff working However I had leggings that had a fault but I had already removed the tags but Lululemon was still accommodating and made it very easy for me to exchange return my items by providing me a wide range of options Their shipping is very fast and I love their products During this pandemic customers will just need to have some patience

Hey LuLulemon I just wanted to say that I love your on the fly trouser I have a pair of the charcoal cheetah print UK and I just bought a few black woven pairs 7 8 from the u s they are the most comfortable pant I ve ever owned and I love how you can dresses them up or down One suggestion I would have for you is to create a winter version of the pant with fleece lining I love uniqlos heattech fleece trousers but would much prefer an on the fly version
