Ordered 3 weeks ago zero updates the whole way through no email to inform me of a delay I don t know if I m going to get my order It s been n transit for 3 weeks- will let you know IF ive just wasted 76 on a fake website

Do not buy from here After using their online size guidelines I ordered a dress but it didn t fit properly I emailed asking to return the product and they stated it would cost 25- 30 to return the product - same price as the dress in the first place They offered to send me another dress a different size for an additional amount 12 95 original dress cost 30 I m not sure how a company that ships to the UK can justify return costs at 25- 30 and if this is the cost then they need to clearly state this on their return policy Overall - do not take the risk of buying product from this website

Reverse image search their items They are the same as Hilda mode It s all a scam hence the fake trust pilot appearance on the website and why there s no contact details Don t order The items arrive months later and they aren t denim They are polyester straight trousers nothing like image Search the image and you ll see

Don t just don t even think about shopping there

My order arrived after weeks of delay and the sizing was a little out but reasonably ok The material is bad but the description mentions the type of material The got that right at least The item is not as advertised though since it shows pockets non-functional on the back of the pants Mine had nothing which changes the style fundamentally and I contacted Malone-London for a return for that reason They will not commit to sending a free return label even though this can t get more obvious - I have sent them photos of their own website and my item which only caused them to remove the photo from their website and insist that their item is as described I saw other reviews with their comment that they never sold any pants like the ones I purchased - guess what I still have the screenshot from their website as evidence They also seem to trade under different names such as Sam-wear and Hilda I have now contacted my bank
