We rented a car for a week from this excellent company and were thoroughly impressed with their service The staff was always ready to help and answered all our questions promptly The rental process was incredibly straightforward with no deposit required and no mileage limitations They offered various payment options including card Euro dollars or lira A delightful perk of this company is their complimentary airport transfer service Upon arrival they provided a free transfer from the airport and at the end of our rental period they kindly transported us back which was simply wonderful and added greatly to our convenience A small note for future renters the car was provided with an empty fuel tank which was a bit of a concern initially since there are no gas stations directly along the highway requiring a slight detour to refuel Additionally the company offers extra insurance which is optional but I chose to take it The only minor inconvenience we faced was that contactless payment via phone didn t work you ll need to use an actual card Aside from these small nuances the car return process was smooth and we had no issues at all Overall we were very satisfied with our experience and definitely plan to rent from this company again in the future
