Delivery man extremely helpful and friendly and set my my mattress up for me as I hadn t a clue at all ha I thought it was a mattress topper until he told me it fills out in the next hour or so which it did and looks great Can t wait to sleep in it now

This is the fourth orthosoft mattress we ve had over the years Looking forward to a few more years of comfortable dreaming again Wouldn t buy any other make Needed to wait awhile for delivery as they are made in Italy but well worth the wait Fantastic product Good communication from MyNextMattress Thank you

Great overall service
First class service and exceptional product From the moment I ordered I was kept informed of anticipated delivery schedule then was offered a range of dates for me to choose delivery Day before delivery I got an expected timeframe and on the day I got a txt 30mins before delivery and then a phone call to make sure all was well The mattress I got is incredible value too
