Well to apply for a credit card they are asking me to have a minimum balance of Rs 2-3 million My salary get transferred in my HBL account which is a sufficient evidence that I have a job and how much transferred every month Why exactly would I keep money in their bank when they have these non-customer friendly policies They are probably the only ones who charges you Rs 208 per month for SMS alerts

I m surprised to see so many bad reviews about HBL customer care however still no any action have been taken this shows how the responsible and efficient management of HBL is I feel regret to choose HBL worst ever customer care faced in my life They don t even take their customers seriously I bet if these kind of bad reviews would have been given to any other bank in the world the whole management had fired but unfortunately the whole management is useless they don t even care what people are complaining about their useless service Big shame for such worst ever customer care

I am user of hbl since 2020 and i am facing this issue since then I am extremely disappointed with HBL Bank s handling of payments for PWD employees Despite knowing the urgency and importance of salary transfers for these employees the bank has caused unnecessary delays It seems that they are intentionally holding back payments to benefit themselves at the expense of hardworking individuals who rely on their salaries

I was supposed to invest n open an acct with HBL Came to know after asking by myself too as was given time to come to Bank that the biometric system of bank is down n will remain down till 2nd of July My first impression was how pathetic

Worst bank ever I made partial payment of car loan and they just delayed it and not responded to my complaint and even adjusted it next month by delaying made extra markup and even deducted installment according to former plan they don t respond to customer complain and don t solve the issue in time they delay the process unnecessarily and cause trouble for their customers very pathetic and disappointing situation

Where do i begin as an oversees Pakistani i am saddened to see a well international bank does not have the capabilities to deal simple queries promptly Perhaps they need to be more clear in stating our branches abroad and in Pakistan are not interlinked I am sure this will definitely turn most people away Honesty is key

Most worst atm service in world globally especially at 0072 Sindh University Main Branch atm out of service 24x7x365 days mentally sick employees abusive call center agents over all most worst bank in Pakistan like other govt and private bodies exist in this third world country I only wish that some day it will be better or any other good company will takeover this I am Optimistic person hoping for good
