Customer service is amazing I confirmed my order for several frames but then instantly realised I made a mistake on one frame I emailed customer service that night and received a reply first thing the following morning Ali was able to support me with my issue and resolve my problem that day I received my frames the following day so quick They were well wrapped so no chance of damage in transit and are great quality Even though the mistake was all mine I wasn t charged any extra for it to be rectified The experience has restored my faith in humanity Thank you Ali I m a very happy lady

I think I have ordered about 35 frames from Memory Box Each one fits my art perfectly and the quality is superb Even the budget frames are excellent quality There s such a great variety of designs and colours to suit any artwork or photograph The customer service is brilliant The website is absolutely perfect to use I love that you can see the frames in 3D I have ordered from other companies before but the prices excellent quality and the wonderful variety of frames at Memory Box are unbeatable

First time ordering and the first frame arrived in two pieces rather than the recommended one Thanks Hermes Memory box sorted a replacement super fast and sent it out to me in plenty time f time for me to give as the wedding present it was intended for Customer service was direct and got things done Would recommend

I received my frame quickly after ordering wrapped well to prevent transit damage good quality If I had to give a negative then the inside frame measurement was off luckily I was able to trim the artwork going into the frame but if I couldn t have it wouldn t have fit overall I m happy

This is the first time I ordered from memory box so was not sure about the service However I got regular updates from them about the status of the order which was reassuring The order arrived at good time The actual product was also stunning an ornate gold frame and was much better than I expected so overall no complaints I m a very happy customer

Great selection of produce and easy to filter by frame colour and style - meant I could easily find a nice set of black gothic style frames to fit my homes aesthetic Frames are shipped incredibly quickly are safely packaged and the Perspex glass comes with a safety cover on both sides so it always arrives clean and without any scratches Great selection of options for sizes and mounts my go-to place for any frames

I ordered 12 frames When they arrived I checked the first one to make they were as ordered but left them all in the box until my friend could fit them for me Nearly 3 months later we are hanging the pictures and as we get to the 8th frame it was smashed to smithereens I was devastated I contacted MemoryBox via the WhatsApp number and explained the situation and asked if they would replace the broken frame or would I need to purchase a new frame They came straight back and said they would replace the broken frame I was also buying 2 more different frames and suggested they pack all 3 together I was messaged to say they would be sent together and when the new order was being processed The frames arrived within a few days I am really grateful and super pleased with both types of frames ordered I did thank them on WhatsApp although I have no idea who I was talking too Definitely recommend these guys
