The product was not finished off very well at the corners which made it obvious that it was not wooden More precision so that the frame fitted together properly would have resulted in a higher score I also ordered well before Christmas and the product took a long while to be delivered It was for a present - and luckily the photo I took to go in the frame is lovely so the recipient will probably not notice the defects I will however not be purchasing from you again

Frame quality good but bad hanging design
Finish of frames was good Delivery and prices were good Hanging facility on back of frame not so good felt like very cheap hanging fittings that meant I resorted to command strips to hang Also they all have stands on the back but the larger frames stands stuck out past the edge of the frame so you could see it when hanging and stopped it going flush against the wall They are super glued on too so the only way to remove is cut it off I tried pulling one off and it destroyed the backing So decent quality frame but not very practical to use

I would be embarrassed to have these on my wall
I m my afraid that the frames I ordered went straight into the bin They looked really cheap plastic and fake After reading the returns policy I realised that there was no chance of a refund I would have dropped them off at a charity shop but they are closed You get what you pay for Lesson learned I hope

Took a while to come but might have been Covid related When arrived was well packaged and well made with an attractive look I would have preferred a deeper box frame but still did the job Only remark is that the frame felt a little bigger when putting a sketch in that I had done on A4 paper Fixed this by crafting an extra border to hide any gapping

The item didn t arrive until customer service was contacted
The item wasn t dispatched straight away and didn t arrive for 2 weeks I contacted customer service and they sent a replacement Overall this took 5 weeks The customer services team was very helpful The only other issue was that the replacement to the best of my knowledge couldn t be tracked I did not know when it had been dispatched

Mount too big for the picture size
Mount too big for the picture size The mounting card for the frame I purchased came with absolutely no overlap - in fact it fell short - so the picture was too small for the window The company were unwilling to provide a mount that would fit properly They did however offer to send the exact sized piece again Why when that probably wouldn t fit either

Ok but not amazing
The frames arrived quickly which was fab and the prints I have look great in the bold coloured frames There was an issue with one of the perspex having a crack in it which I am awaiting a replacement of But the other issue is that the process used does result in some scraggy joins on the coloured frames It s not obvious when hung but I am worried over time the frames will get worse with paint essentially chipping off - will have to wait and see I queried this and was told by the team this was a feature of the process If you need a super clean finish you might need to enquire or perhaps shop elsewhere

Bought my third big frame
Bought my third big frame first two were perfect but this one was broken I messaged to ask what happens next and got no reply so I fixed it myself I can still see the crack but it s on the wall now Can t knock the prices and nice-looking big frames but annoyed at being ignored

I felt the quality of the frame I ordered was poor and over priced I ordered a silver frame which had been painted badly as opposed to metal The glass also was Perspex all in all would not order again

Items damaged and missing
Items damaged and missing On following up these issues meantioned that I may also want to buy another mount and was told to add a note to my purchase and they ll add in the replacement mounts I however did not think it fair that I should pay for the delivery of my order for them to tack on their mistake Never heard back about that complaint as replacements were sent out ASAP A week later and nothing has arrived Not the best quality or service
