Awful Delivery date passed got in touch took ages to reply sorry for delay sending out now Weeks after still no product got back in touch and no further reply except a request to review my experience Asked for a refund

wrong color has been delivered
wrong color has been delivered I ordered wood but most of the frame is black which you don t see on the pictures showing the wood colour it s been 1 month that I am trying to return the frame and customer service is being really slow with me Keep asking questions and I am still unsure if they agree to take it back or not

The item did not arrive this was dealt with in an awful way as well I contacted them on the day my item was delivered and had to continually chase for 1 month Eventually they said they would not be able to do anything about the lost frame - as they said the courier claimed it was delivered Very very dissapointing

Frames too late to use
I ordered 6 frames to use for a presentation of Duke of Edinburgh s Awards certificates I paid the extra for Saturday delivery and got confirmation that the frames would be delivered on the Saturday which would have been in time for the presentations the following day The frames eventually turned up on the following Tuesday too late for us to use on the day Having said that the frames are excellent and we will use Memory Box again for our frames

I would leave zero if I could Service has been appalling I have been calling since Tuesday - everytime I call Reception tell me they that are forwarding my query to another team to get back to me to date no one has called me Would rather just have a refund after this terrible experience

Item was left by courier in site of public access I have logged it missing a month ago Company is now ignoring emails I have received no refund or replacement product Extremely poor service

Awful service Immediately after I placed the order I get a generic covid style email this is a Saturday evening so the office wouldn t be open supplier delays etc etc we now can t deliver and it s an extra 10 day wait The options were refund or 10 discount off the order I replied and said to take the discount they cancelled my order and then blamed me because of their mistake in cancelling I said 10 refund so Ali took that as full refund I naturally informed that they d made a mistake in cancelling and was told to re-order but I d have an even more extended lead time The whole thing is weird and just feels very unprofessional I wouldn t waste your time and just find a more established and reliable supplier for your frames

Shocking Customer Service
In April I bought 20 frames from Memory Box in order to do up my office At a cost of over 400 A builder let me down and was unable to start the work until the beginning of June so I stored the frames away in the boxes they came in so they wouldnt get damaged When I went to use the frames and removed them from the bubblewrap to my disappointment 2 frames were damaged beyond use I contacted Memory Box to get these replaced or refund and they refused to do either Poor Products - Poor Quality and Poor Customer Service - I will not be using or recommending again
