Badly made M18 Jobsite radio A small transformer broke off the board because of bad mechanical design It wouldn t work from a battery either No support from Milwaukee despite a month of emails and over a dozen reference numbers given out I have 50 or 60 year old radios still going but not the recent Milwaukee one

Don t bother buying there Drills there gearbox has fragile parts and have to buy the whole gearbox instead of just broken part which cost almost as much as the drill Have 4 hammer Drills all failed on the same part go to dewalt or makita parts are easier sourced when your drill does go wrong

7 9 inch angle grinder fail after 5 hours of use

Purchased a 7 9 inch angle grinder October 2021 After grinding in 3 concrete porches about 5 hours of total usage the tool s motor burned up It s in for service now and I m loosing money on the 3rd porch Getting a Hercules 7 9 inch Grinder from Harbor Freight to fill the gap Unless service get out tool back in 2-3 weeks our company will move away from Milwaukee tools for all future buys

I bought the Milwaukee 2727 16 electric chainsaw combo Save your money and buy a different brand I ve got many Milwaukee tools but the chainsaw oiler doesn t work The reservoir was full and stayed full all day cutting I ruined three blades and the M18 12ma battery only charges three of four banks Beware of their tools

Unreliable

Over the last 3 years I ve purchased a Milwaukee cordless greaser failed after 3 months a 3 4 impact gun failed after 18 months a m18 die grinder started overheating after very light use and a m12 ratchet spinner and stubby 3 8 impact gun both still working All have been replaced or fixed under warranty but the quality of this stuff seems very poor I have a dewalt 1 2 impact gun for 5 years that s gotten the height of abuse but it still works Really regret buying into the Milwaukee hype

I recently sent my Milwaukee 120 mid-stiff pipeline inspection camera for repair Unfortunately my experience with Milwaukee Tool Repair has been highly disappointing Summary Filled out eservice online on December 9th Received tool on December 12th Approved a 347 repair on January 4th Informed of a 7-10 day repair timeline but it took 20 business days Camera returned without any repair performed Instructed to send it back causing further delays Impact As a small business relying on Milwaukee tools I ve missed out on 12 inspection jobs resulting in a significant income loss Call to Action Seeking urgent attention and resolution to ensure minimal disruption to our operations

On the 5th soldering iron after about 1 year All 5 have some internal electronic problem The second to last one only lasted 2 weeks Awaiting another one under warranty The 3 4 impact wrench lasted a few months Its in for warranty Overall the tools are poor quality and unreliable I brought the cheapest Ozito battery tools as replacements and they are much more reliable If you but Wilwaukee keep your recipts you will be calling warranty withing weeks or months

over priced garbage

I have had 2 tools break on me within a few weeks of each other the electric ratchet cant handle much torque and snapped a part inside customer service never replied to my email with it being 1 week WITHIN the 1 year warranty convenient Also the battery charger shorted out on its own one day being in a metal fabrication shop it seemingly can t handle metal debris These tools are meant for clean garages that aren t used very much These tools are too expensive and overpriced garbage

Very bad experience my order did not come and my tracking number did not work either I emailed them a lot of times regarding my order and they did not even bother to reply irresponsible Do not ever order from this website
